Expensive and there customer service sucks. I wanted fresh pork but they smoked and cured all my hams. Then offered to trade me for some other fresh pork but they didn't have any in stock. If I wanted to buy grocery store meat I wouldn't have spent 4 1/2 months raising a antibiotic/steroid free, free range hog. Never offered a refund just excuses. Now I'm stuck with 30 plus pounds of nitrate filled shit I'm never going to eat.

I got a good deal on some beef. I got a Tomahawk steak, ox tails, beef cheeks, beef belly, and Thor's Hammer. You can get quality meat and specialty cuts. I even say A5 Wagyu steaks. I will be back.

I just bought one of your meat sticks from the moto mart in Ofallon on Lincoln Highway and I have to say, it was the worst tasting beefstick I have ever had. Ever. I've eaten some really questionable things, so it's really bad when I cant even stomach it. I'm not sure if they're selling expired product at moto mart or what, but if this is what these are supposed to taste like, no thanks, I'd rather eat sh.t. No offense.

This how much waste we had from almost a 12lb. boneless Korte ham. It is absolutely the best.
