I was passing through town and I wanted to get a 4-wheel alignment done. The AAA app recommended Keith’s. I got an afternoon appointment when I called and the service was done in about an hour. I’m very satisfied with my experience with Keith’s Automotive Service.

I cannot stress how little I trust this shop now. I brought my truck to them some time ago, after it had completely stopped with no ability to start, having it towed there they said they would get to it. After a day or two I got a call that said hey it's the power control module it will be 832 dollars and we have to get the part in, with little knowledge myself I accepted that price and understood it might take some time. I did not hear from them after that and waited a few days, upon calling up they said the part was in transit. The next week around Wednesday they inform me it's arrived and they will put it on that day or beginning of next. I then do not hear from them again, I call them Friday before they close and they say they are getting right to it. That Monday I still had not gotten my vehicle and they said it would be done the 3rd of July. I picked it up and brought it home, the next day I drove it less then a block and it broke down the EXACT SAME WAY. I left a voice mail and understood it was a holiday weekend but was rightly miffed my vehicle was still not working properly. I brought it back to them that Monday and they said they would take a look. Two days later I had heard nothing so I called them asking how it was, and they said it was the same issue a faulty one they had gotten so they were ordering a new one. Days later still nothing and then I call now it's apparently a different issue and not the power control module at all. They say they have ordered the part and are waiting for it to come in. The next week around Wednesday I call and the same thing, they say they have the part and will put it on either that afternoon or the morning after. The end of that week on Friday I waited as long as I could before it was going to close and asked what was happening, they said they were working on it now. That takes us to this past Monday when I picked up my truck. They wanted me to pay an ADDITIONAL 400 dollars on top of what I already had despite them not fixing the issue the last time with a rather large bill, I demanded to talk to the owner and after a rather tense conversation from his side we parted ways. My truck is in WORSE condition then when I gave it to them initially, not only has the check engine light come on again not even a full week after getting it back, but the audio adapter (something I never mentioned them needing to touch) now hangs completely loose with a horde of wires at my pedals. I truly did not want to have to leave a negative review but this is too much an issue to not let others know about, please take your vehicles to somewhere else, there are other shops that will do right by you as this one clearly won't. TLDR: they "fixed" my truck after two and a half weeks of waiting and an insane price tag just for it to immediately break down and make me wait another two and a half weeks just to once again get a truck that doesn't work but is now even worse then when I gave it to them.
