A young girl employee, told me in an angry manner, to add more bright to my i phone so she could scan code for a return. She then asked me if I wanted a receipt. Yes please, I need it as proof of return. I was very polite to her. She never said Thankyou, even though I said thankyou to her. I have used this business many times. This is the first time, I was treated rudely . I will not use this location in the future,owner needs to tell these employees customers mattet

The Highland Park UPS Store went to great lengths to help us out a few weeks ago! We had a problem with our order that was entirely OUR fault, and the manager worked with us over several days, several emails, and several phone calls to help us resolve the problem. Again, the issue was our fault and not theirs! Such impressive customer care! Thank you!

I had a few china items shipped from here and did not pay for fragile packing but did pay for inch bubble wrap. I had my own bubble wrap as well. They send with only my existing bubble wrap and two pieces were not wrapped at all. They were on top with no bubble. There was no tape. Ver haphazard job. I would have done it a thousand times better and I’m not in the business. I called and they said - no way we are helping you. I asked why I purchased insurance and they said to call corporate and ask for a refund on insurance. They are rude and uncaring and did a very sloppy job. I love ups but have never been to such a terrible location. They are not all the same.

This is my absolute favorite UPS store. The staff is very friendly, always helpful and greet me with a smile when I walk in the door. More specifically, however, I recently had a problem with a vendor. I was shipping back to, and Sean took the time to go through all of the steps necessary to ahelp me figure out what the problem was. He persevered until he figured out how to solve my problem. He was so friendly and kind and worked so hard on my behalf. I am so grateful to have the store in Highland Park, and to have people that always are so friendly to assist. Thanks so much.!

This store charges you $1 to print a return label to return Amazon packages. I've neverbeen charged at any other UPS store.

First review and must say outstanding customer service by the young gentleman that was closing the store today, very polite and professional, made shipping a breeze! Will be coming back to this location and letting others know to come to this UPS for great service!
