The car was not done correctly at the first time. They took it back right away and fixed it in the right way. They also fixed some other small dents/scratches for free of charge. The car looks beautiful after fixed. JR is great and very professional, who is someone you feel that you can trust right away. Would go back to this place if needed in future.

This is a first class operation in every regard. It's a byzantine maze to get through the insurance process and these guys handle every step. JR in particular is everything you want in a point person. Professional. Polite. Honest. The work obviously first rate as well.

Took a huge divot out of my bumper. When I pointed it out JR told me they didn’t do it. Have pics of car before hand and no scratch but they wouldn’t admit it. I’d never recommend them to anyone. Shady
