Nice-looking store, but horrible customer service. In-store they seemed ok, but incredibly rude on the phone. They hang up on you in mid-sentence without so much as a goodbye. I was initially considering purchasing a stroller here, but not after that phone call. Most other reviews all say the same thing, but apparently no one is willing to do anything about their rude employees.

Twinkle Twinkle Little One is AMAZING! They have helped me with my son's nursery and putting together my registry. Highly recommend for any expecting parents. I have also purchased a variety of custom gifts from them!

I needed a specific adapter for my car seat. I was unable to find it on Amazon. The manufacturer for the adapter provided a list of retailers that carry the product and I chose this one. Before purchasing I messaged the company and asked if the adapter would fit my stroller and was told yes. I purchased the adapter, and when I received it, it did not fit my stroller. I emailed the company asking about a possible return or even store credit. This was over a week ago and I have not received a response. I started another chat asking if my email had been read and did not receive a response there either. This company is unprofessional and has no interest in helping their customers.

Honestly, if I can give them 0 I would. Unfortunately, I feel like my wife and I were stereotyped by an employee and would never spend a dime there. We walked in looking for cribs and a lovely lady helped us and gave us lots of details on a couple cribs we liked. Unfortunately, we were handed off to a guy that gave us additional details about the crib and instantly assumed that we couldn’t afford the bed we loved and didn’t even bother going through the custom cribs because “it’s probably out of your range” and immediately started showing us beds that were cheaper and not what we had in mind. We never spoke about how much I was willing to spend, what style we had in mind or anything. Sucks when it’s 2024 and you still deal with this. Never going back!

This place has a great selection of nicer baby/kids clothing, plus some very comfortable glider chairs and some furniture options. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable!

This place has really cute stuff. Definitely not cheap, but adorable. I am going to say my low review is because I’ve spent THOUSANDS of dollars here and I’m sad to share the ladies that work behind the counter are unprofessional and RUDE. A nice “goodbye” or “ok thanks” when hanging up the phone when I call would be enjoyable? It’s just unbelievable EVERY time the arrogance given from the staff… “I’ll have to give you a call back” (click). Wow! In store… same manner from ladies…. Check out other reviews. Maybe hire new staff?

Ok after reading the other reviews I know it's not just ME and that the two women working there basically have no manners or couth! Anyways I walked into this store. Not a hello, a smile, an offer to help, etc. I ended up spending a lot of money (over $1k) because the stuff was cute but I won't be going back. After I left I went across the street and the ladies in there were SO nice it was a completely different experience. If you're the owner of this establishment I suggest you train your staff on how to be a decent person while working in retail.

I love what they have in the store but it’s not always friendly It’s a shame because it’s a childrens store and they should be. If they’re busy all they have to say is I’m sorry I’m busy we’ll be with you as soon as we can. I would buy more there if they did

I'm not one to write 1 Star reviews but my family had the same experience as a previous Yelp reviewer had. My family walked into Twinkle Twinkle and were immediately stared at by the two women working. Not a hello, smile or any sort of greeting. My family was ready to spend money at a local business as we are trying to "Buy Local" but ended up walking out unhappy and spending $0. If I was the owner, I'd work on training my staff to be more polite and welcoming. A simple "hello" or "welcome" goes a long way.

This store has the cutest baby stuff ever. I had so much fun shopping here. Best shop for a baby gift or decorating a nursery. I bought a cute camo personalized camo stool and they shipped it to Colorado. I will for sure go back.

I have been in multiple time purchasing many items for my family. Today was a different experience. Typically very helpful and friendly, but today seemed very short and disgruntled. Sad this store is so close to me, but will now prob take my business elsewhere due to this experience.

I stopped by this morning to get some gifts for the baby of a client. They were very busy but the women working were totally professional, kind and very helpful. The store has a nice variety of baby furniture, clothing, toys and other items. I would highly recommend.

I went in here for the first time ever yesterday and will never go back. I was not even greeted when I walked in, then when I said I had a gift to exchange I was rudely told how much it was and then neither woman working there never said another word to me the entire time that I was in there with the exception of when I checked out to tell me what I owed. They never asked if I needed help, nothing. I tried to make conversation a few times (commenting on a sign with my sons name on it, that maybe I would've purchased!!! She didn't even reply!), told them they have cute things, and I was treated like I didn't exist. SO, so, so incredibly rude and off-putting. It's really a shame because they had cute things and I would've liked to go back, but when as a paying customer (yes I did spend over what my store credit was for) to be treated as if you're an inconvenience is a huge turn off. I don't even write reviews on Yelp because I love supporting small businesses, but as someone who has many family and friends who run small businesses, I have never seen this kind of treatment to a customer, ever.
