Very organized and clean store. Damian Pilurs was very helpful in the purchase of the bike (Roscoe 7) I came in looking for. I informed him that this was my first MTB and that bike components are not very familiar to me. Damian was very helpful and not condescending at all and helped me understand all the important aspects/features of my new bike. I also test rode the bike before purchasing and the associate went above and beyond in that as well, with filling the tires and adjusting the seat. He broke down the specs to me as I was wary in the purchase of such an expensive bike. Everything was smooth and efficient. Definitely a store I would return to in the future if I needed tips for my new MTB.

Rented a Trek Domaine bike for a multi-day cycling event in Wisconsin. It served me well for the Scenic Shores Bike Tour 150 miles along Lake Michigan shoreline. Two bike issues arose: loose back wheel and difficult shifting which SS150 event mechanics remedied one of the two issues. Trek Domaine's gear shifters, chain, and derailleur needs thorough cleaning before next rental. Otherwise, the bike was comfortable and safely got me from Mequon, WI to Sturgeon Bay, WI in two days. Doug and his colleague, Sam, at Trek-HP, were helpful with rental bike setup. Highly recommend Trek-HP store. Thank you for being a integral part of my Scenic Shores Bike Tour 150 miles benefitting The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's mission: to end blood cancers. Go Team!

I brought my recumbent in because I had 3 rear flat tires in a row. Jeff correctly diagnosed the problem: the brake pads were misaligned and tearing the tire sidewall. He adjusted the brake pads for free. Problem solved. This responsiveness and accuracy is typical of my experiences with Trek of HP. I try to get all my bike needs from these guys!

Why buy from store w/only 7 day return policy w/ 15% restocking fee, when you can buy it online w/ 30 day return policy directly from TREK... You'd say probably for the service, but what if the service is horrible at this store.
After buying a $600 bike for my son, we went back for 30 day check -up. Was seen by Sam, he seemed really disinterested in helping at all and personally insulting. He even said this isn't his usually job, that he takes appointments, not just people who walk-in for check-ups.
Sam said that this was a intro. level bike, what did I expect?
This is after a personal insult which he called me annoying.
Spoke to the store manager and the owner, KC.
He said Sam 'could have handled it better'.
He asked me what I wanted. I said I deserve an apology from Sam. The owner said that that's not going to happen.
Spoke to TREK rep. and said I'd like to return the bike and not give profit to the store, the representative said that TREK websites have 30 day return policy, stores have 7 day and 15% restocking fee. My mistake for giving local businesses my business.
You know when the owner of the store doesn't care, it's going downhill from there.
Go somewhere else... better yet, just buy from TREK directly.

Corey was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful for my new bike purchase. He helped me find the right size bike and seat/handle positions. I will definitely be back for future purchases.

This is the go-to store for anything Trek in the Northshore area. They have a huge selection of bikes and just about anything else you might need.
The service is top-notch. Torsten is a wealth of knowledge and gets the job done right and on time.
KC is the man for anything bike-fit related. He's very helpful and knowledgeable.
The rest of the staff I interacted with are friendly and helpful.
The store is clean and offers more than just bike sales and service. They have a full training area as well.

This is a great shop. I have one Trek bike (15 year old Trek 520 with lots of mods and upgrades) and I would not take it anywhere else for tune-ups or mechanical enhancements. I had a mech at their shop install a new SRAM 1x group set and it operates smoothly and efficiently. They will answer all of your questions and there are never any surprises. Working with the mechs at this shop gives me confidence in Trek products knowing I will be well supported. Thank you Trek of Highland Park! I am a very satisfied customer!
