I really wish that all of the transactions I did for my home were this enjoyable, especially during the pandemic where companies are having a very hard time with inventory and delivery dates.The outdoor products are fabrics are lovely and unique.The entire staff was super friendly and so accommodating. Kristen and Mark were top professionals and delightful to deal with. We will be back to see them in the future!

Very unsatisfied with the service. We ordered an item only to receive it not as it was pictured. When we tried to return it we were charged a very expensive restocking fee, despite the item was not right and we were told before we order it could be returned. Also communication was horrible, took over a month to get a reply. Unfortunate as I like their stuff but will never go back.

It is not often you find people who stand behind the product they sell after the ever shortened "warranty" window expires with most companies. Although I believe they sell an excellent high quality product, sometimes a poor quality item can slip through. Mark went to bat for us with corporate and helped facilitate doing the "right thing when nobody is looking" by supporting a cushion replacement they did not have to. They even offered, at their expense, to deliver the new replacement cushions as well as offering any color and grade we wished. Who does that anymore? When I picked up the cushion, which i thought was the least I could do and say thanks, the owner helped load up the cushions. In our 2 or 3 minutes of conversation, it was obvious he loved his business and cared about his customers. These are the folks you want to do business with and I hope to do more . They cared about a small customer and made the extra effort when they didn't have to. Many thanks.

Best place in the Northshore to get outdoor furniture. The styles offered here are contemporary and up to date. None of the outdated boring furniture that you find pretty much everywhere else. Love that you have your choice of fabrics and they have such a wide selection. The staff is excellent. Very helpful and patient.

We stop in here once a year during small business Saturday. We have bought little things in the past. This is an outdoor furniture type store. They have some pretty cool pieces and it doesn't seem outrageously priced. The staff is always so nice and helpful.
