Great Selection but Terrible Logistics. For both of my recent projects my tile availability was delayed because my salesperson didn’t place the order and when the tile came in it was shipped to different locations which then had to be rerouted to my store. They need to automate their logistics to remove all this human error.

I worked with Stephanie to re-do my kitchen and it was a great experience. Stephanie was fabulous! Her cabinet design was superior to the other people I worked with at 2 other companies, her prices were very competative, she was patient and helpful as I made selections and was overall fantastic to work with. I highly recommend Stephanie and Studio 41.

Don’t be deceived by the luxury appearance of this place. My husband and I just purchased a large property in need of a complete remodel. Even though we have already spent few thousand dollars with this business, the arrogance, disrespect and indifference coming from employees is unexplainable… Israel, a man at the register made me cry and made me feel so humiliated as I was exchanging part of a vanity that was sent to us wrongfully.
When you’re planning and envisioning your next few years of your happy life in your new house, surrounded with your aging parents and growing kids, it should be a wonderful chapter in everyone’s journey…. The people at this establishment do not care to be part of your happiness.. Please don’t spend your time and money at studio 41. Find a business where people are excited to see you, answer your questions patiently and most importantly, have a heart.
A business with a great customer service will always win

My family and I worked together with Abbey at this location and had a wonderful experience. Shes friendly, attentive, and invested. She really took her time to show us pieces and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our design choices. She took into account what our preferences/ideas were and also offered her own thoughts to help us further in the design process. We would definitely recommend anyone designing their home to work with Abbey.

Amazing customer service provided by Tanner Kuhn. We are building a new home and went to the clearance center in Highland Park to look for a kitchen sink faucet and compare prices to an online discount site. Tanner was so helpful, patient, and professional. As a result, we bought everything we needed for our bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room. Tanner helped us coordinate the fixtures and was patient while we compared prices to the online site. After a few comparisons, we stop and because we were confident that Tanner would treat us fairly. We are so happy that we went with Studio41 because there was considerable follow up post purchase. Everything needed to be shipped out of state. Prior to the shipment arriving, our builder had technical questions. Tanner was extremely responsive. Just can't say enough about what a pleasure it has been doing business with Tanner and Studio41.

We really had a good experience with Patty. She set us up with Grohe fixtures for the shower which turned out amazing. She also helped us with a towel warmer and the tub filler, which also turned out great! And she didn't leave out any of the little parts that made our master bathroom project end up amazing.

High end tile and fixtures, good selection. Unfortunately their customer service is awful. They made 3 mistakes on our order and each time we were left to male it right. Honestly, they couldn't have been less helpful even though they made the error. We have future projects and will go elsewhere.
