Went in today to purchase a used vehicle, and truthfully had the best experience. Ernie ended up being the guy to help us out and let me just say he made the process so easy and fast. He was very helpful and patient and let us test drive the car and in that test drive I got to have a true feel of the car. I recommend this place to anyone & everyone when looking for a car used or new!! Ernie and Branko and everyone else that helped us (forgot everyone else name’s sorry lol) were very helpful very friendly and I LOVED that ernie and everyone else took a soft approach with us, meaning in other dealerships I’ve always felt pressured to make a purchase but here totally different experience. Will definitely be coming back for future car purchases!! Thanks again to ernie and branko and everyone else that helped us! I truly appreciate the great customer service and the welcoming environment.

They said there were no hidden fees then told me about a $2,000 mandatory paint protection. Yoseph was so rude and I heard them talking about the “Russian woman” when I’m Bulgarian. After I left I received a lot of communication from some finance manager. Incredibly unprofessional.

Would never recommend to anyone going there as they give false information to customers buying cars. They’re adding and bundling warranties to the car price even after you didn’t agree to it. Their finance manager is a scammer , avoid at all costs , will be reporting them do Better Business Bureau

I was a lifelong fan of Acura, until I got a car from this dump. Basically a bunch of tired-looking salesmen that will do anything for that sale. I will never get an Acura again simply because of how garbage of an experience it was from the start. I went there because I thought their google rating was valid but there is absolutely no way this place has this many positive reviews. Avoid avoid avoid.

Paid cash for a used vehicle. They owed me $75 and said they would send me a check. Received a check for $10! When I called they said it was a tax discrepancy. I asked for the paperwork and the finance manager proceeded to tell me if I want it that bad he'll give to me out of his pocket. Really?? Its not even about the money, its about the principle.

Went in with my boyfriend about a month ago & salesman Vlad Mosondz helped us out with getting approved on a brand new Acura integra. If you are in the market for a new car Would really recommend stopping by Acura of highland park & asking for Vlad.

Thanks to the incredible service provided by Dominic Golda, we feel very grateful to be in our MDX. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. Dominic went above and beyond in our experience. We were there for many hours during our purchase with a one year old and he is excellent with families. We had a paperwork snafu in which we had to return and Dominic shows up as a stellar person, willing to help in any way. I would highly recommend working with him.
In order to rectify our paperwork issue, the GM, Chris Florian stepped up and made sure our experience going forward was what you would hope it to be in offering quality service.
