They were real nice when coming to get my car was even nice bringing it back I gave them my car with no shaking problems and got it back with dirt on the back driver seat they were to do inside detailing due to fish juice being spilled in the car the smell is somewhat gone but they had my car from Tuesday around 5pm until Thursday around 3pm and now my car shakes like crazy when I reverse it I called them as soon as I drove to the store and no one answered then someone called back asking me what work was done I said inside detailing he asked were they supposed to do the outside or under hood I said no my car mind you was pretty clean and no mechanical issues as of the day prior or day of he said the owner is not answering but we do have mechanics on duty we will call u tomorrow which is today August 25th 2023 around 9 am no later than 10 am I said okay so I sat here and called him around 10:45 straight to voice mail not one call from any one I have texted twice no reply but mind you they called me from that same number that Monday when I initially reached out this is the worst experience ever how can you take your care in to get it detailed and have it for two days and still there is a little smell and now my car shakes when reversing why are there dishonest people in this world this further let me know something fraudulent happened with my car I should of left the smell at least I would not be dealing with this I even called again and text before posting this review shame on you all for doing whatever you did to my vehicle please do not have them do nothing to your car because you will get it back really messed up

Bought a Groupon for my wife and completely regret it. It’s a complete scam. Run the other way if you see this on Groupon. Place looks like a dump.

Phone is answered maybe half the time. Phone calls never returned. Appointments not honored when I show up even after confirming the day before. Mediocre quality work. I’m amazed that they stay in business. Also really regretting that I purchased a wash package from them. Splash on Dundee and Skokie Blvd is 1000% better. These guys do not really even deserve a star. I am sitting out here for a 10am appointment that I confirmed the day before and nobody is here even though their posted hours start at 8am. I think that they may have gone out of business.
