i had a great experience here! booking was easy, i was able to get an appointment only a few days out from when i called. i asked for an interior only detailing but they cleaned the outside too, my whole car looks brand new now. i took everything out of my car before bringing it in but forgot my glasses in the console and was worried they would be gone but they put them safely in the glove box for me which i also appreciated! reasonable pricing too for the great work they did!

I’ve been coming to this location for years. They do such a great job, especially with their hand washes. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Customer service is 10/10.

I have been coming here for a few years, seems like attention to detail is getting worse. Got the platinum package for $30 and nothing in the front was vacuumed or wiped down despite being there for 30 minutes and 2-3 people working on my vehicle. Will not be back, car washes on North Shore that do a good job really lacking, going to place in Chicago near work from now on.

The fact you pay to sit and wait to go through is ridiculous
If someone is getting extra service such as vacuuming etc do it in a separate area
Waiting 20” is crazy for a simple car wash

I love coming here because this is the only place that really gets my car sparkling clean. Being an Uber driver it really matters that my car is clean and I don’t have to do it myself. I come from Skokie and this is the only place that I have found that does the best cleaning anywhere and I have plenty of places by me and these guys are the very best!!! My hat goes off to them ❣️❣️❣️

When in Chicago… THIS THE PERFECT HAND-WASH detailing PLACE TO BE! Great ppl and they aim to please the customer! I remember only my second time going there and realized I left my wallet home and the Apple Pay wasn’t working. The owner was unbelievable kind and suggested I could pay next time I come get service. I was so humbled to be treated this way. I worked at Northshore not far from there, so I returned b4 my next service, but was very grateful for his kindness! The work was exceptional, so he knew I’d be back anyway!

I’m not going to lie. This was my first time ever getting an automatic car wash. The people that were doing the automatic washing were very rude and when I tried to get their attention to ask them what I’m supposed to do they just ignored me. I am young and I have never been taught how to go through an automatic car wash, I didn’t know to put it in neutral so the track obviously messed up a bit. My car jumped up and down, and one of the guys was cursing at me in Spanish. I profusely apologized, saying that I have never done it before. I have come here before for a full service and they did it all for me and we’re very nice. I give it one star for the people who dried the outside of my car (but even that wasnt even done very well, at least they were nice..). I recommend that this place is a bit more clear with instructions and treats their customers with more respect otherwise they won’t be getting any.
