The store itself is fabulous and well kept. Evetything is organized and easy to find; however, the staff is the main drawback. Twice I've been to this location and ignored by staff while they spent their time behind the counter joking with the 3-4 other staff who also ignored me. Will find better NB shoes at DSW in the future.

Owner apparently thought selling out was a good idea! Greed is an awful motivator and a sure way to destroy a business. He sold out to Corporate NB and it's horrible!! Thought I walked into a Soviet era nightmare! The intimate look and feel of the store is gone. Apparently new balance, corporate thinks hiding price tags is a good idea. It clearly is not. It looks dishonest! After 15 years, I'm done! No thanks Allen Adelman!

I recommend going to feet fleet due to new balance return/exchange policy. At fleet feet you can try shows and if problem return them. New balance no returns if you wear shoes.

The staff member I worked with was very knowledgeable and patient. He worked with me until I found the perfect style, size, and fit for my foot. It was a very relaxing and low pressure experience. Highly recommended!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Helped me find a great pair of walking shoes, which I'm wearing right now! I wear a size 14A or B, and they had several to choose from.
