I called Little Tommy’s Plumbing Shop to address an issue with one of our toilets, in which water continued to run intermittently after the bowl was filled. Steve arrived when he was scheduled to arrive, and the shop telephoned me to let me know when he was en route to our home. Steve quickly diagnosed the issue and ordered the parts necessary to make the repair. We scheduled for the following week. The shop called me once again when Steve was en route, and he arrived when promised. He accomplished the repair quickly and expertly, and the cost was exactly what the initial estimate was. I am extremely satisfied with Steve’s expertise and his work, and we are delighted with the service provided by Little Tommy’s Plumbing. We highly recommend them!

Always happy with my interactions with Little Tommy's. Highly, highly recommended. One time when my sump pump backup failed, Tommy was able to face-time me on a Sunday to help diagnose the problem. Last week when my Water Heater was leaking, Tommy was able to come out in 30 mins to quote me a replacement and we were back up and running within the next day. Again, they are highly recommended, and would use again!

There is a lot to be said about supporting local folks. And over and above that fact Little Tommy’s was OUTSTANDING in all aspects of our encounter. From the friendly young lady on the phone, to the quick response, to Jordan the total professional who accomplished the installation. The price was fair and there was a no nonsense quote.

Jordan did a great job.
Our cast iron pipe going out from our house to the sewer line had broken. We had a back up of the sewage water inside our bathroom on the first floor and the basement.
Little Tommy’s Plumbing company fixed the issue by removing the part of the cast iron pipe that was broken. It was about 4 feet under the ground and installed a PVC pipe.
They also obtained the village permit for this work on expedited basis.
Great company. Reasonable price. Would highly recommend for plumbing repairs.

This company was recommended by my neighborhood online bulletin board, and they certainly lived up to their reputation. I would definitely call them again, although I hope my new water heater lasts a LONG time.
