Got to Jewel at 7:15 this morning. Huge line at self checkout. Why? Because according to employee "Self check outs don't open til 8 am". 2 were open, 3 were closed. The regular check out line had people with carts full of groceries. There were about 5 of us that has one or 2 items. We all had to WAIT while 3 checkouts were closed. I WILL NEVER EVER come here in the morning. This is not how you run a grocery store at 7:15 am when people are in a rush. OPEN THE SELF CHECKOUTS! I will be doing my 7 am shopping at Sunset Foods. It's too bad. All you had to do was open 3 self checkouts and I wouldn't be here complaining.

Had to get a script for a dog actually ?
Unfortunately it went to another osco .
I called they told me I’ll put it on a hold and your osco can retrieve it?
The pharmacist or person who helps was extremely rude literally the other pharmacist said if there’s a problem they can call me?
Noooo I got talked to like a child and I’m sure I was way older than this girl and I say girl because her attitude was that of a 6 year old child!
She didn’t feel she had to call the other pharmacist I had the script on my phone!
It was again for a DOG! Not a person so she couldn’t find him in the system and kept asking for a birth date of which I gave her? Clearly he’s my dog I know his birthdate?
She could have made the call to the other pharmacist and it would have been done however she chose to be dismissive and rude? So I now had call the other osco to reinstate the script.
All because a snotty girl didn’t want to do her job?
Hope she has a job in the future but sure not for long if this continues?

We purchase some bakery close to ending hours and the cashier Hector was not able to tell me the price on a product and instead he said '' Come on guys I have to go to sleep and you guys don't do anything all day anyway". The lack of respect is outrages and the whole experience seemed I was in line at the food bank and not a paying customer in a business.

Overall it’s a fine location. In the afternoons and weekends checkout lines can get pretty long. A lot of people come here for the kosher foods. Some decent deals if you shop the coupons.

I’m not too particular about this location, especially the bakery section. There always seems to be an issue. I tried to place an order for a cake and was flat out told that they are not taking any orders due to them not having a decorator. So what are the other workers doing???? Why not place a sign stating that they are unable to take cake orders due to them not having a cake decorator??? On top of that, the customer service is terrible and clearly they don’t want to be bothered!!!! Do better!!!!

I wish this store could be remodeled. I like now going to the one in Deerfield because everything looks so much cleaner and organized. The belts of this location are very dirty.
Customer service is always helpful though. The pharmacy service is some of the best.

Yesterday I had picked up my order to find that they packed the wrong item. I was in the middle of cooking with my friends on the way. I called and Scott (Manager) went out of his way and delivered what I needed. He saved the day. Much appreciated.
