Save yourself headache. They are legal thieves and conartist. They take phone calls in secret separate from the customer. Some reps are better than others but the bad rep is bad. Will take FOREVER to look up your account, forget your documents, and leave you frustrated. They try to tire you out so you give up and leave for fraud disputes. Way too many people in to ere doing most simple things but having issues bc of the unethical tactics fidelity uses.

We have had nothing but an extremely positive experience with Kelsey Cagle and the rest of this Fidelity branch. Kelsey always makes himself available for us, whether over the phone or over Zoom. One of the things about Kelsey we appreciate the most is that when we have questions he doesn't know the immediate answer for, he is quick to tap into the broader resources within Fidelity to get back to us with an informed answer. Most advisors we have talked with in the past act overconfidently, but yet are often mis-informed. However, Kelsey's willingness to get to the right answer/recommendation by sometimes deferring to the experts within Fidelity gives us confidence that we are making every financial decision backed by the collective wisdom of the company/branch.

My husband and I have been super happy with the service we have received from Fidelity over the past 10 years. So much so that we have referred numerous friends and colleagues there. Much of this is a function of the relationship we have with our advisor, Kelsey Cagle. He has earned our respect and trust and takes the time to listen to our needs, explain what's going on in the markets and make recommendations. Additionally, the staff at the Highland Park location have always been very professional and attentive. Highly recommended.

This Highland Park location of Fidelity Investments represents the company well. From the moment you walk in the door you get a sense of professionalism in the staff's level of respect, integrity and competence. My advisor, Kelsey Cagle, is intelligent, knowledgeable, helpful and personable. When my wife passed away, Kelsey was there for me every step of the way as I went through the confusing maze of needed adjustments to our portfolio. With Kelsey, I have the peace of mind that I'm dealing with someone who actually cares about my well-being.

Fidelity has always provided us with great service for many years. When my sister-in-law took over my father-in-law's finances about 8 years ago, she moved them to Fidelity. We had not used Fidelity much before that so, we started to do our homework. After my father-in-law passed away we started to appreciate Fidelity's services better. Transferring the assets out to the children and then helping us to invest went well. Since then we have transferred our account up to the Highland Park office with Kelsey Cagle. Kelsey and his team have been very understanding and helpful as we have moved into retirement. My current 401k account was already at Fidelity, but transferring my husband's accounts and other assets over to Fidelity has worked well. Having consolidated accounts makes it easier to evaluate the big picture, during these volatile market times.

Polly & I have been with Fidelity since nearly a decade or more. A friend recommended me and I think I took the correct decision by moving most of my investments there. Kelsey Cagle, this young man, has always advised us the best for our retirement planning. He treats us with utmost respect and discusses all the finer details of our investments. We never feel under any pressure discussing all what matters about our retirement plans. It was very nice to see him in person today after the pandemic.I have referred to him a number of my friends. Anyone who needs good and sensible financial advice, I recommend this gentleman.

I recently retired after a 25-year tenure with my company, which has continuously maintained a successful partnership with Fidelity Investments. Approximately 2 years ago, I began working my selected financial adviser, Kelsey Cagle, in building my retirement plans. Kelsey and his team have not only been helpful in covering all of my questions and concerns for my retirement needs, but extremely respectful of my time and the specific aspects of my planning. I cannot recommend Fidelity (and Kelsey specifically) enough for all of their help and guidance. 5 STARS all around!

I have been with Fidelity Investments in Highland Park for about six years. My original advisor left a few months after I chose Fidelity. I was concerned that after several months interviewing various investment firms I would have to start over. Thankfully this was not the case. My new advisor Kelsey Cagle is knowledgeable, responsive, and has taken the time to know what my investment requirements are for the future. He makes suggestions for alternative investments in the ever-changing market but always with an eye towards my investment preferences. I highly recommend Kelsey Cagle at Fidelity, it has been a terrific professional partnership for the last 5 1/2 years.
