Had such an amazing experience working with this store while redesign our bathroom. For starters: They are totally happy to let you browse and shop around without hovering, and have a beautiful set-up. Also, working with Diana was a dream. She was an absolute expert during the process. She knew everything about every brand, fixture, style, and price-point and was just such a joy to work with. Her friendliness, knowledge, and ability to figure out our aesthetic and find us some great options we loved - all while not up selling or pressuring us - was so refreshing. I cannot say enough great things about her and this store. After weeks of looking around in different places (and having some success, but many failures too) it was just incredible to find this place where whole process can be vertically integrated and managed by an actual professional. No surprises, no compromises, every piece works together and every part works with every other part. Thank you so much, Diana! We will be reaching out to you the moment we are ready to do our kitchen :)

Please explain how you are not open on a Sunday or at least one night a week. People actually work during the week and can’t shop in your showroom on only a Saturday. Who are you catering too?

My wife and I just discovered this store recently. They have the most cutting-edge kitchen appliances that I've seen at any store. They let us shop and look around without bothering us. But at the same time, salespeople were available for questions. The employees were so nice that they let us shop for an extra 15 minutes after the store closed and didn't even say anything. Quite frankly, my wife and I weren't aware of the store hours.The products here are very expensive but they are from the best quality brand names.

Both times I called to order a faucet part the staff was very professional and friendly, and they helped me get what I needed. Staff at their Niles store for pick up were also nice.

Michelle was terrific - very knowledgeable, patient, and made everything easy! (New bathroom and kitchen fixtures, etc.)Coordinated efficiently with our contractors and the suppliers to ensure we got everything we needed. Readily available to assist throughout the process. Highly recommend and would definitely work with her in the future!

Between the showroom and the sales staff it’s so easy to narrow down the options to what I’m looking for! I was in-and-out in under an hour and purchased all my bathroom fixtures. Great experience!

Noted this gallery when I moved to the area, approximately 2 years ago. Made my first purchase 2 weeks ago. Upon leaving the store, I was given the managers business card and told he would call me when the item was removed from display i.e., ready for pickup. I checked with the store and was placed in his voicemail 72 hours later and proceeded to check with the store every 72 hours. Each time I placed in voicemail. After the third attempt, I tried his cell phone which also went to voicemail. On the fourth attempt there was no one to answer the phone system. To my surprise, a polite young woman called back my home 30 minutes later. I indicated that I had purchased an item and have been unable to reach Dan to determine when to arrange pickup. She stated he has been on vacation for a week. I, in a relaxed posture, indicated that most people take their cell phone and their computer on vacation or indicate that they are on vacation. She then updated the story "he has been at a funeral for 3 days". My reply must have been a wonderful send off. Her response "I do not like with his conversation is going." And she indicated she will have him get back to me when he returns on Monday. 15 minutes later, she called and said the item was still on the wall and will be ready on Monday. I have already planned ahead and made an appointment with one of the representatives for first thing Tuesday morning. If the item is ready, I will take it with me. If not, I will take a refund. So far not a very professional way to operate a store that depends on volume of sales.

We felt pressured into buying really high end appliances. When we needed to walk away because our builder lied to us, we were left on the hook for the appliances. At no point was it explained that if we placed the order, we'd be stuck with the order. I guess Ferguson's model is to sneak that into the fine print. when you are spending $30k+ in appliances, a little transparency and honesty would go a long with your customers. Do not go to Ferguson. There are far better companies to work with.

Great selection of faucets, toilets, mirrored medicine cabinets and bathroom accessories. Our agent was very informative and gave us numerous options. Very pleased with the visit.

We are doing a bathroom remodel. Worked with Lana. She was very knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted. Stayed in the price range we wanted. Everything top quality. Love to watch her hop around the store in excitement as she said "I have the perfect thing for you ." Would highly recommend going here. Thanks Lana. Liz

Christin Schmick was delightful to work with. Not only was she patient as we walked through the showroom at the end of January, she had very clear explanations of each product. I had fun sitting in various bathtubs as she explained the pros and cons of each style. She prepared a thorough estimate and even remembered to remind me about the small things that I would never have thought of like a toilet seat!! After Ferguson’s closed the showroom, Christin contacted me by email and we set up a time to chat on the phone. She prepared an initial quote for some appliances based on my specifications. When the quote came back exceeding my budget, Christin did further research and came in under budget while still offering quality products. I recommend Ferguson’s and I strongly recommend that you work with Christin. She will work with you and for you!

I experienced the worst customer service in your Highland Park store. I came in and explained I was completely gutting 2 bathrooms and looking at specific design items hoping to see what they had on display. The gentleman at the front said "oh I don't work here M-F, just Saturday, so I don't know our store layout & not sure what we have on display. Feel free to walk around to find things yourself." On the other side of the wall, was a display of a tub I was looking for. If you are happy paying an employee to hold himself up using the front desk, then you hired a real gem. Needless to say Ferguson WILL NOT get any of my business. A loss of outfitting 2 complete bathrooms...
