⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had a wonderful experience shopping at this boutique! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the selection of clothing was fabulous. Angelina went above and beyond to assist me, offering personalized styling advice and helping me find the perfect outfit. Her warmth and expertise made my shopping trip truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this boutique to anyone looking for a fantastic shopping experience with excellent customer service!

I love the clothes at this boutique and have spent a lot of money here. However, the employees working there could not have worst customer service skills. I am treated like a second class citizen here and am never thanked when I make a purchase. No thanks- will spend my hard-earned money elsewhere. Yuck.

After moving to Highland Park during the middle of the pandemic, I hadn't really gotten around to many stores nearby. I walk by this store everyday in the pre-dawn hours walking my dog, and the store windows always look amazing. And hesitated to go in after reading some of the reviews. Today I had the opportunity to go in as I had the day off work. I was dressed poorly - yoga pants, sweatshirt, and the knit hat I usually run in. And yet the ladies working couldn't have been nicer! I experienced none of the attitude other reviewers mentioned. They were all kind, helpful, not overly pushy or sales-y, and even called around for a sweater in my size that they didn't have anymore. Now the prices are not cheap- but on a strip with Eileen Fischer, Nic & Zoe, etc., why would you expect it to be? They have a lot of different styles across the board - tops, accessories, shoes - and if you look you can find things in just about any price range. I like shopping local and will definitely be going back, especially when I see a cool top in their window display.

placed online order of stock item for local delivery to a friend - site status shows order still processing after several days - received no follow up after leaving detailed email message - trying to support local business - but this is PATHETIC

My go to boutique for something fun, hip, trendy , casual , dressy ..gifts , purses . The girls that work there are super helpful and I’m always able to find something , sometimes too much. The best part is they carry stuff for most sizes .

I cannot say enough good things about Stacy and my most recent experience at Enaz. In the midst of all of this COVID-19 madness, I ordered a beautiful Denise Designs bracelet on Enaz's website for Mother's Day. Stacy reached out to tell me that unfortunately the bracelet I had selected was no longer available. She offered various other options, but none of them really suited my mom's taste. Stacy was so kind and patient, and reassured me that her priority was to find my mother a bracelet she would love. After a few days of communicating back and forth about what I was looking for, Stacy even reached out to the designer to see if we could come up with a personalized piece for my mother. We ended up with the most beautiful bracelet that my mom ADORES, and I am so grateful to Enaz, Stacy, and local designer Denise for their genuine kindness and care for their customers. I highly recommend shopping with them!

For their Damen pop-up shop: Items are EXTREMELY marked up and customer service is horrible. Bought two rings that were half the price at Lori's on Armitage (go there). I called in to ask if they could do a price match or return, which they told me I could. Went there and then only offered store credit. Another store that probably won't last on Damen with these archaic policies.

I purchased my wife a necklace from them in June, 6 weeks later it broke and they wanted to charge me to fix it. After a talking to a couple different people they agreed that they wouldn't charge us. When my wife came to pick up the necklace they asked us to pay for the repair. I had to them talk to one of the owners how agreed that if they told us that we would be charged then she would honor that. So we picked up the necklace and it was the wrong necklace. We still don't have the necklace and they do not return phone calls or give us any information on getting us our necklace back. Worst customer experience I have ever had! Think twice before shopping at this very unorganized and unprofessional store!

Rudest and most unhelpful staff/managers. Don't expect timely or helpful service if you have any issues with their merchandise. Still waiting to have an issue resolved (almost 2 months). Think twice before buying anything here.

Snobby staff, bland clothes and North Shore prices make ENAZ an extremely poor value. Stay AWAY from Lisa and ask for Bobbi or Bonnie.

I had the best shopping experience here. Penny was so helpful behind the counter helping me figure out what the perfect gift would be for my girlfriend's 50th birthday. She had a smile on her face she greeted me at the door and help me pick out the best necklace ever!!! Even wrapped it beautifully. He made my shopping experience so pleasant here!! Keri was also :-) cheerful and kind great accessories if you're looking for a 50th birthday gift here highly recommend shopping here!
