Shockingly unfriendly and unwelcoming store. I've been an Eileen Fisher customer forever. My mom was an Eileen Fisher customer. Everyone deserves to feel welcome by this inclusive and thoughtful brand. The folks that run this store should sell something else.

The staff is very nice and doesn't overwhelm. The selections are good. Eileen Fisher clothing holds up & you can mix and match from season to season. Basic clothing that lasts and since it all blends together u can build your wardrobe over time. My closet is filled with it. Basic colors are black, cream, and grey but they always liven it up with burgundies, blues, and.....stop by.

I had never been to the Eileen Fisher store in Highland Park until today. I came in to return something, but I also wanted to look around for a new item. When I asked the associate for help with my return she said multiple times that she needed a paper receipt. I mentioned that I had the credit card I used to purchase the item, and she continued to insist she needed the receipt. To make a long story short, she DID NOT need the receipt, and looked up my item with my credit card. She didn't follow up with me about anything else I may have been looking for and promptly went to the back of the store. The service here was so rude and unfriendly, I'll order online.

I have shopped there many times. I have always found the salespeople nothing but welcoming and extremely helpful. The store is always orderly and easy to see the pieces. Sales are great. Returns are easily processed.

A crisp white linen tunic can feel like a fresh haircut - pert and promising. But these ladies are effing FROSTY. I’ve been in twice since moving here recently and both times, I’ve experienced the only chilly snobbery I’ve ever felt on the North Shore.

I took my mom here so she could pick out a birthday gift. I couldn't believe how nice the ladies were. They treated my mom like a queen. They brought her water and a snack! It was such a great experience. So much better than the crazy department stores. I will be buying more gifts from this store. Thanks for making my mom happy.
