This used to be a very trustworthy shop that did excellent work. But then they were sold. I was very disappointed in my service this time around. I came in explicitly asking for my rear brakes to be fixed, and instead of just fixing them as I asked, they did an inspection and somehow found thousands of dollars of extra work that “needed” to be done. In fact, my Lexus dealer had just done a full service and inspection and had found nothing but the brakes. Unfortunately I had D and R do my brakes anyway, and when I picked up my car, everything had been emptied out of my glove compartment and thrown in the passenger floor, including the small shelf that was in there. I do not recommend them.

D&R Autoworks is absolutely fantastic! They expertly handled our car's water pump replacement and seamlessly worked with our extended warranty. D&R never disappoints. It’s necessary that I have a loaner car and they always provide one. The communication between the technician is great and I’m always updated with messages about my car. I’m thinking of switching to D & R for all my car issues because Field Jeep *( and I don’t hate them) can’t provide a loaner when I need one. I highly recommend D&R auto Works.

Despite some failure of expected early communication, the crew at D&R, through diligent and apparently meticulous diagnosis found and corrected the problem with my 2008 Mini, and applied a warranty that I had forgotten, all at a very reasonable final price. Totally renewed my appreciation for their quality services

I simply called and asked for the price to do labor and suspension parts and was hung up on. Even before asking about pricing the guy answering the phone had an attitude when I asked if they were a dealer for KYB shocks. No reason for a shop not to be transparent about pricing prior to booking service. There are plenty of other reputable shops that are more honest and transparent about pricing- not to mention not completely rude when you try to pay them for their services.

D&R always does a great job with our auto repair. From a simple oil change to major repairs, they are always efficient with fair pricing, Plus they always have a loaner available for longer repairs.

To repair the air conditioning in the Subaru Forrester took way too long. You should have been able to identify the problem and fix it much sooner. You did finally make the repair and the air conditioning is now working.

Wow, I get a quote for 3200.00 dollars for a brake job. Take it to my favorite ford dealership get a quote of 900.00. So jack what do you think.I would never recommend or let you service any of my vehicles.i guess it’s the new norm to screw customers.
