Stopped in for just a few things. No cartons or cans of Diet Coke. Really? I bought 2 out of the 3 Diet Coke bottles in the refrigerated case. I actually don't know why this location is here. The parking lot was empty and the store on Clavey is usually pretty empty too.

Typical cvs in the way they have literally NOTHING stocked. went in there for flowers and eye drops. this convenience store had not one flower, and not one vial of eye drops. gas stations are more helpful.

It took this location 4 attempts to fill Rx for Hdz capsules as they could not keep it straight that the capsule can’t have any dies in it … the next thing t had antibody Rx sent to them from ER and the tech refused to fill it as she did not agree with vm Rx put by ER … I called ER and had her on a conference call with provider but she would still dig her hills into an issue of Rx written unclear dragging the issue untill closing hours telling me to go to another cvs location …The other location of course did not have that Rx in a system and would be closed in 30 minutes as well refusing to call previous location … I had to call ED again to change my Rx to Walgreens that filled it without problems .This is the example was a life threatening matter putting customer in a danger and refusing to provide emergency treatment . The incompetence and rudeness of this location and staff is off the grid — as this same tech slammed the window down and hung up receiver after I asked her for her name .

I waited in line for 30 minutes for my Covid Test appointment. When I got to the window, the tech /pharmacist left for another 10 minutes. The instructions while taking the test were unclear and the covid test box was overflowing. Will not get another test here.

So, I became irritated with Jewel-Osco Pharmacy. Seemed like my routine medications became too much. Long story short, I noticed that my prescriptions would have different prices with each pick up. Jewel-Osco changed their rewards program and nullified my points. Upset! I moved to CVS. Why didn't I move sooner. Fabulous service and a great pharmacist. Absolutely would recommend this to anyone.

I've worked in retail pharmacy, so I "get" it. Believe me. Sadly, this particular store seems to have shifted, overnight. I seem to recall a much friendlier environment - maybe six months ago. With that said, I understand how overwhelmed and overworked everyone is (more than likely). However, when I have to make phone calls to my own health care providers to "clarify" prescription orders, and contact my insurance company (to have them call the pharmacy to verify coverage) - this is where the buck stops. I made half a dozen phone calls today - my physician, my insurance company, and the pharmacy. Frankly, a single phone call (from pharmacy staff) to each of those entities would have saved a LOT of hassle. I don't enjoy being the middle man - it's why I left the industry. I know how time consuming these things are - I've done it. As a non-employee, I no longer want to (clearly). I think the employees at this location mean well. I don't feel as though they are intentionally rude. Simply put, they're way under-staffed (they have 2-3 people doing the work of 5). One pharmacist and one technician do not make for a strong team on a busy Monday (which also happens to be the end of the month, and spells disaster with insurance changes). This just isn't realistic for the volume of patients this location has. My feedback is simply that - please hire more staff (even if it's part time). Clearly, those working here are under a tremendous amount of pressure. Simply cutting pharmacy hours isn't a long-term solution, corporate office people. Figure this out - the strain is showing. Not every patient has experience working in this industry - you will lose loyal customers if simple needs aren't being met. I say that as a gentle reminder that a little goes a long way.

Store manager today was fantastic! The store didn't have what I was looking for in stock, but he was very kind and put forth the effort to help me get what I need. Thanks!

Lately I've been ordering everything online due to covid. But I had to run out today for a prescription so CVS was the place to go. They are currently reorganizing the store so it was a bit confusing, but I think once they fix it up it will be really nice. I love all the coupons you get while you are there. It makes us buy more... but we save so much! (Ha!) but I don't care. They typically have a lot of products for a store this size. The staff is also very helpful. We always get our flu shots at this location. The minute clinic staff is very competent.
