They are wonderful! I had an issue with my phone's antenna, and they diagnosed the problem professionally. They replaced the antenna promptly at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this store!

My iPhone battery expanded and was popping out of the case. I went to Apple to replace the battery. The battery was bulging and should have been replaced as it was defective.
No dice, apple would not even try to replace the battery. I tried to pay for their battery change and they would not. I went to another battery spot but they were not sure they could fix it. They recommended that come here. The guy was able to take the phone apart and replace the battery while I was standing there and was able to replace the battery ASAP. He didn’t crack the screen or damage the phone, just a true professional job. I am very happy my old phone now works great! Thanks again

Beyond impressed with repair and even better the impeccable service by the gentleman who helped me out. I would highly recommend anybody that has a challenge with their phone for device to head here for any repair or service

Brian was terrific, I set up an appointment for the following day but was in the area and was told I could come in sooner if that fit my schedule.
The store was clean and open so I could watch the repair taking place.
The repair was completed in half an hour and very much to my satisfaction.
Very happy with the service and will recommend to others.

I showed up to your store at 3:25 on 3/13 and you were closed. Your store hours say you're supposed to be open until 4:00. I drove all the way from O'hare area. This is so wrong. Thanks for wasting over an hour of my time.And YES, I did call ahead, and you had the part.

They do tougher jobs too!I came in with my laptop and a replacement keyboard, a tough model to work with where you have to remove basically all the innards (battery, motherboard, etc.) just to replace a keyboard. He had it done in a few hours, and for a very fair price. Everything was perfect.I've had horror stories with simpler jobs at other local places, but this exceeded expectations, in quality and turnaround time.

I was referred to CPR through my cell phone providers insurance program. The business owner was friendly, professional and was an expert. I had my screen replaced and I was in and out in about 20-30 minutes. Definitely will be back for any phone/electronic repairs!

The service was very professional, friendly and fast. He obviously knows exactly what he's doing. He tested my phone prior to sending me on my way. It took less than an hour. I was very pleased.
