I come and seek for help i was waiting and waiting for the manager to be available and i was hoping he can help me fix my check was deposited to be clear today but he turn me down. Tooooo bad he was more interested to people he knows and i was positive he was looking at my color i am not white. Racist he is.

Do NOT get a credit card through My Best Buy which is covered by Citibank! This card is worthless! I have kept up on my payments and I still have been unable to use it at retailers! This is not only embarrassing when it gets declined, but frustrating! I will be getting rid of this card very soon.

Typical greedy liars. Their front homepage states how they'll help you fight identity theft and that you won't be held responsible if that occurs. NOT TRUE. Chip cards can be cloned and duplicated, per the police department. But Citibank security is still lying that their cards are secure and chips can't have fraud occur. DON'T do business with them!! Not worth your money!! Their cards are NOT secure.

Here's what you need to know: This is a full service location with a Citigold office. Loredana has been a personal banker here for years and is a delightful person, who is extremely customer focused. Plenty of teller spots, a drive through ATM, and a couple of walk-up ATMs inside so you don't have to wait in lines. This location is open for a few hours on Sat which is always a plus. There is coffee and snacks inside for customers while they wait to be serviced by tellers of bankers, and a Keurig machine as well. I like hat highland park has this Citi branch (as they have been dwindling over the years) to service your needs. You can access the building from both sides of the street as it's a good corner location across from Dunkin'. I believe you can even pay your Citi credit cards in the branch which is a convenient option.

I had several checks to pay my credit card which were refunds from my insurance claims which has been paid from the same card. The teller questioned me if this was a business account depositing multiple checks and I said no. It it really none of her business why I had multiple checks and no reason to tell me twice to deposit them into a checking account and then write one check. Once complete with my transaction I moved away from the desk and heard her telling the other teller that I was depositing multiple checks and not a business card. She didn't see I was still there. Absolutely rude. Northbrook branch is not convenient but the customer service and politeness of staff is superb.

Change machine broken for six months! The teller offered to deposit up to $1 in change. One dollar. Said I should go to a grocery store or Walmart and use a change counting machine. I had $6 in change, mostly quarters, to deposit.
