I come and seek for help i was waiting and waiting for the manager to be available and i was hoping he can help me fix my check was deposited to be clear today but he turn me down. Tooooo bad he was more interested to people he knows and i was positive he was looking at my color i am not white. Racist he is.

Do NOT get a credit card through My Best Buy which is covered by Citibank! This card is worthless! I have kept up on my payments and I still have been unable to use it at retailers! This is not only embarrassing when it gets declined, but frustrating! I will be getting rid of this card very soon.

Change machine broken for six months! The teller offered to deposit up to $1 in change. One dollar. Said I should go to a grocery store or Walmart and use a change counting machine. I had $6 in change, mostly quarters, to deposit.
