The bankers are not well trained and are confused on their own processes. Spent 45 minutes with a banker that was not knowledgeable and could not complete the requested action. Such a waste of time. It would have been more helpful if he had just stated he didn’t know how to close the account in the first place.

I rarely need to go inside a bank, but when I do, I choose this location. At the beginning of the pandemic in March or April of 2020, I received a new debit card that required in-person activation. While I was hesitant to go in, the transaction was easy and staff were taking the then-recommended precautions. The staff were also friendly and easy to work with. And then I didn't use my debit card for over a year (oops?) and forgot my PIN (double oops?), which became problematic because I lost my credit card (triple oops?) and needed a way to access some kind of money. I went back to this location just a couple of weeks ago to reset my PIN. Coincidentally, the same teller helped me and was again incredibly kind. The process was easy, the space felt safe with their adherence to state masking guidelines, and I was able to access my money once again. There was no wait and the transaction took just a few minutes. I appreciate the warm friendliness of the staff, especially as I heard them engage with another customer who is clearly more of a regular - they knew him and his business, which made the behemoth corporate bank feel a bit smaller in our community.

Rafi and Alan were as helpful as could be. I went in needing some help and was attended to instantly. He was kind and went above and beyond what was needed, not to mention how quickly and seamlessly he was able to help. Nothing but the best customer service from Chase, Rafi and Alan we're perfect examples of that. Thank you again

Last week I needed to take a large cash withdrawal out of our bank account. Since the main lobby was closed, I wasn't sure if this transaction would be possible from the teller window. Additionally, I needed some temporary checks printed, because I ran out. Guess what? I was told both of these transactions would be possible through the teller. Sure enough, I pulled up, and within a matter of minutes I had checks printed and was able to leave with the amount of requested cash in hand. In order to receive the cash or the checks, for security purposes the teller texted me a security code to my phone that I verified right on the spot. Worked like a charm!Excellent customer service.Note: For safety and health measures, the teller was wearing a mask and gloves behind the window. Now that's safe!

I have been banking with Chase for over 25 years and this branch is exceptional as it relates to customer service. Steve and his team are simply the best, they do everything they can to make customers feel welcome and taken care of everyday.
