Today 7/10/24 at 5pm I specifically asked if they take mobile coupons for Marlboro to which the cashier said yes and had me agree on Marlboro rewards mobile app to have the coupon applied for that transaction. Only after i had already used the coupon to apply to that specific store (Marlboro doesn’t let you change once you apply a coupon to a specific store), did the cashier tell me they can’t accept mobile coupons only paper ones. Which is ridiculous that’s why they have a barcode. The policy is one thing but I don’t like being lied to. It wasn’t a misunderstanding, they cheated me. Spend your money somewhere else. To top it off, he was rude about it and very unapologetic about the fact that he literally just wasted one of my mobile coupons.

Gas tends to be on the pricy-side, but not unexpected in downtown Highland Park. Small service area, but employees are friendly and quick to meet needs. Also offers a basic car service center. When they're not super busy with regular service jobs, employees are more than happy to help air-up tires and other such things that are really helpful. It's great having them right in town!

This location always charges +0.30 than the city stations that I have seen. Furthermore, they maintain that their card reader works GrEaT even though it read my card 3x and it didn't take.

This station is consistently 20 to 30 cents higher than area BP and Shell stations. As this is written, Costco on Route 60 is exactly a dollar per gallon less!

Mike, Danny, etc at the service station are about as honest, fair and straight forward as people come.

This review is in reference to the Service Center, not the gas station. Broke parts of my door, went somewhere else to get it fixed because I no longer trusted them, and it cost me $450. Horrible workmanship from both Dale and Mike. While they seem professional, I would avoid. Won't be going back, which is a shame because I really thought I liked them.

Went to go fill up today and had see the attendant since the card reader attached to the pump is (still) broken. Their machine said both of my gift cards were empty and also declined my credit card. I was pretty sure both gift cards tried were full and I knew the card worked an hour before so I went to another BP and go figure everything worked and both gift cards had their full balance. Frustrating because they're one of the few locations that offers non-bio diesel.
