As the owner of Bernardi Auto Service Center I am trying to respond to Mr. Zanabazar Oiurski. I'm sorry there was a misunderstanding on you telling my son to do an Oil change and check for service. Thought you would want to go ahead with cabin and engine air filter. Parts I use are not cheap online filters and are quality OEM parts. Labor isn't very much on most of the time. Again I'm sorry about misunderstanding. Like you said I did take them out when you asked me to. Sincerely Raymond Bernardi

Terrible experience. I was happy with their service on previous occasions.
How much do you think a routine oil change should cost? The answer is $209!!! (Photo of receipt attached). When I asked why it was so expensive, they told me that they mentioned changing the filters, which I agreed to. But they forgot to mention that it was about the cabin filter including. Even so, the last time for oil change, I was billed about 80 dollars, and now add 2 filters and 209 dollars. Just think about it for 2 paper filters! Anyone who has changed the cabin and air filter at least once knows that it's a simple job for a couple of minutes. An extra 130 bucks? Really? Of course I refused such services and the manager said that the work had already been done. After non-long arguments, came to the fact that they pulled back 2 filters but still charged my account for this "labor." Total 127 bucks!!! Scam! Where do so many good reviews come from? I guess they don't do that to everyone who goes to them... but then it's called hypocrisy. Shame.

Car broke down on the way to Wisconsin. Bernardi auto service got our vehicle into the shop immediately and had us back on the road in an hour! Great service and prices

These guys are fantastic. Car was on the fritz and these gentlemen diagnosed and fixed it in under six hours. Relieved a TON of stress, on my part. Of course, I got lucky on the timing, but they seriously won me over.Super friendly and knowledgeable. I'm calling them first, next time the car goes belly up.

Bernardi came through 110% for me in a jam. I was driving from Cincinnati up to northern Michigan about a week ago and my rear caliper came off and got wedged on 90. Scary for sure. I limped over to Bernardi in the middle of the night and right when they opened they got me in, fixed, and back on the road by 8:30am.The folks here are nothing short of skilled professionals. They were there when I needed them in dire circumstances with a quality repair that made me feel safe going the next 300+ miles. If I could them six stars I would.
