She is incredibly responsive , takes care of every issue with enthusiasm, and always has a smile on her face, ready to help in every way possible.
The building is spotless.
Clean, fresh and taking pride in where I live is how I feel about walking through the lobby every day.
She is very ‘ visible’ at the building, always interacting with the residents.
There are multiple activities for residents of all ages and demographics, which Nellie keeps fresh and updated.
