The staff is rude. They shouldn’t be because it’s expensive things. This is why I shop on line. They aren’t interested in even a simple hello.

I love Anthropologie just for the displays alone, which to me are works of art so it's fun just to go in and see what their artists have been working on. This Anthropologie is large and has a great selection of clothing and unique home goods. Beware maps: The entrance is off of Green Bay Rd, maps took me to Central Ave.

I had an especially difficult time at this store. The staff, particularly Christa, was difficult to work with and refused even a basic level of understanding and compassion when trying to help.I would expect a better level of customer service here for a store with such high prices, I would recommend going to another store, be warned!

Enter from Central Avenue or from the parking lot behind the store. Find unique furniture, home decor, clothing, accessories, jewelry, stationery, cosmetics and toiletries, books, and the occasional vintage item. Today i found a blue iron garden chair, chipped paint and all, circa 1920 ($540). Part of the lure of Anthropologie is that their clothing sizes run from petite to plus and they carry things you don't see coming and going. If the prices seem high (actually they ARE high), don't forget to check out the sale alcove. Another factor are the creative, artistic visual displays featuring hand-made decorative pieces. Many times I've been in other non-Anthropologie stores whilst they set up new displays. The employees work from printed sheets that show exactly where each item should be placed and the results are identical in every company store. This is NOT the Anthropologie approach. One current deal is that if you bring in a pair of jeans to recycle, you will get a $20 credit on a new pair.

The manager asked me if I knew certain items I wanted aren't on sale. Completely unsolicited. Do I look unfunded somehow? Lol. The items I selected actually were on sale when rung up, so not only is this person condescending, she doesn't know her merchandise. Anthropologie, you can do so much better! This is the second rude salesperson I've worked with in 2 months. I've always had great experiences at Anthropologie prior!

Worst customer service experience ever. I recommend another location the staff I don’t mean to be rude but was very ghetto and unpleasant. Items aren’t frequently stocked as other locations I’ve seen and will certainly not be returning. Be warned!

I don't know why and who would give the bad reviews but I came her quite often and each time quite satisfied with their selection, cleanliness and most importantly the customer service is excellent. They always make sure to to ask me to start fitting room and I always leave 100% satisfied. Love It
