I have an old watch that's not made of any valuable metal, but I still really love wearing it. One of the wrist bands had broken off and I've been looking for a jeweler to fix it. I took it to Allura Fine Jewelers and they were happy to fix my watch band and shorten it to better fit my wrist, all within the same afternoon. They are an extremely friendly local business that I will likely be returning to in the future.

Went in to see about placing an order for a necklace with a custom coin pendant. Irv was super friendly and communicative throughout the consultation. I'd had a specific chain in mind, but based on my interest in something dainty yet sturdy, he recommended a different chain that would suit me better. Two weeks later the necklace was ready, just like he said it would, and it's beautiful--the coin pendant was high-quality and had all the details I'd requested, and the chain he recommended was perfect. When I found the bail wouldn't allow the pendant to slip off (I wanted the option to put the pendant on another chain), I went back and Irv made quick work of adjusting the bail at no extra charge. Very pleased with the service I received.

We recently moved to Lake Forest, and I was desperate to find a jeweler who could repair a sentimental necklace that had broken. Allura had great reviews, so that was my first stop, and I'm glad it was! They helped me pick out a new chain and even put my three charms on once the chain arrived. They also cleaned my wedding ring for me as I waited, which was a nice bonus. As I was awaiting the arrival of the new chain, I had another mishap with a different necklace, and they fixed it on the house. I highly recommend Allura.

I headed to Allura during my lunch break to get my wedding ring checked and cleaned. It had been on my mind for months (if not years!), and the 5 star reviews from others were enough to get me to pop by today. I had such a delightful and helpful experience, and it was great to hear that my ring is in good shape. It took fewer than 5 minutes, which was perfect. That the check and clean was complimentary was an added bonus, and it is certainly something i would have paid for. I will definitely keep Allura in mind for future purchases and repairs!
