This Walgreens is horrible. Orders for pick up get delayed (not just today but even when placed during the fall) or cancelled all together (I have a disability so walking is not exactly always an option. If I was able to walk normally I wouldn’t bother with placing an order. The entrance constantly has garbage in it, and the woman I’m assuming is the manager is rude as hell to the employees (at least she was the last time I saw her interact with them about a month ago). The other employees I’ve interacted with have been great though.

They close their pharmacy earlier than advertised. I have shown up 10 minutes early and the pharmacy and closed. I've even pulled up to the drive thru early and was told they already closed out the register and there is nothing I can do. You can't clock out, so why not stay open? What is worse is the person in front of me got their medication. That means they checked him out, counted the drawer and closed it out in.. 10 seconds?

Most Walgreens are bad but this location is the worst ran by clowns , I called one time try to cancel some of my prescription and i being told ok when I picked my prescriptions went home I found out they didn't cancel some of my prescription , I went back they said we can't take , plus a nother visit the drive thru person wasn't polite.girl

Went to this store on a Wednesday looking for sale items. There were unopened boxes of stock across from empty shelves. Some were open, looked like from customers trying to find sale items. Staff said come back later. Next day, same thing. I wonder if I ordered "pickup" if they would have looked for the items or just not filled the order.

I want to change my review. Ammar the manager was so very polite and it turns out he learned more about the health benefits card. Thank You so much for making things right. Store was very clean and stocking all the time. I will be going here again

Horrible customer service misplaced photos and you'll just get hung up on if you call them, sad to say good or fair customer service is extinct only mediocre or horrible customer service is offered, they have Horrible!

This locations pharmacy is ran by clowns. I went through the drive thru 2 times after they had told us the medicine would be ready today in the morning. I had called they had told us it would be ready in 15 minutes. No one owned up to it when i had showed up and had told us its not going to be ready. Sierra is the most unprofessional employee you have, very disrespectful. I will be starting a case with corporate to get her terminated no one deserves to be treated the way I was. If management wants to see the I was treated my dash cam was recording while I was in the drive thru.
