I called a few times asking why isn’t my prescription ready. Said it will be ready by Saturday which it was yesterday. I call, the lady said let me connect to the pharmacist. Ok cool. Waited about 5 min then CLICK! Not the first time. 3 times I called !! Seriously people needs there meds. It’s ok for you to stall over there but people might die because of your stupidness

OMG. I don’t even know where to start. I just called the pharmacy and after waiting the 5 minutes to get connected some Indian woman picked up with the accent beyond broken. She ask me for my name and my birthday, after getting the info she said let me connect you with someone from the pharmacy. Her attitude, her voice how would even allow someone like that to talk to customers. This location is the worst of them all. Lazy, stinky, judgmental people work there. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

If anyone wants to make any formal complaints, the Manager is Louis Badger and the Supervisor is Artemis Corona. I'm picking up my medication, but the Manager glared at me and rolled his eyes at me in the parking lot just for being there. The people here let their personal issues become the issues of the customers. Unprofessional location. They don't want to work, they're all grown babies. I don't understand how they're miserable at $17 an hour and the managers make about 53-90k a year. If you can't manage your life on a decent income and help your community, get a career change! I did!

I have strep throat extremely painful can barely eat or swallow. Went to urgent care and got a prescription sent here 6 hours ago. Was told it would be ready in an hour. Called three times and was told by automatic voice that it wasn't ready and someone would reach out. Called back again and finally got a person this time he was very rude and immediately cut me off while I was speaking. Said they were waiting on confirmation of insurance but again no one even reached out. Just unnecessarily been in pain for 6 hours. Definitely will be taking my prescriptions elsewhere.

The pharmacy is the worst ive ever experienced, the rude African American lady on phone lied to me and hung up on me. Was trying to transfer a prescription from a different Walgreens to this one i made sure to ask the pharmacist if they had the medicine my brother was prescribed and needed and she told yes they have it so i called his doctor so they could transfer it they did n then 30 minutes later called and asked when the prescription will be ready and she told me I'm sorry but we don't have any in stock. Seriously??? So when i called the 1st time they lied to me?? Then told me we'll have it tommorow waited all day and again nothing in stock and told they told me tommorow again. So i waited 4 days for a prescription for my brother who desperately needed it. On the 4th day i was finally fed up with there games and was sick of jumping through hoops, i tried explaining to this African American lady that the pharmacy has played games with me for 4 days and that i needed my brother's medicine immediately then she told me well you need to call your orginal walgreens and have it transferred i told her over 4 times the prescription was already transferred by his doctor and that I've been waiting for 4 days already and everyday it's tomorrow tommorow tommorow she wasn't listening to me and she was very rude and unprofessional and hung up on me. So after 4 days i had to call his doctor again and tell them what kind of games this Walgreens was playing with us and his doctor finally stepped in and dug up a Walgreens that actually had his medication available and transferred it, i went to pick it in 30 minutes n boom we were finally helpedd. THIS PHARMACY HAS ZERO PROFESSIONALISM AND ARE LIARS AND NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE AND WILL HANG UP ON YOU IF YOU CATCH THEM IN LIES. AVOID THIS LOCATION. THAT AFRICAN AMERICAN LADY NEEDS TO BE FIRED ASAP FOR LYING ABOUT HAVING A PRESCRIPTION AND HANGING UP ON ME PLAYING GAMES!!!!!!!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I needed a manager to scan a coupon for me because the employee would not scan it for me. He insisted I needed to scan on the app. I searched app and it was not there. He never smiled at me and was very rude. Did nothing to help me. Then the manager was exactly the same. No smiles. Just rude. I even explained how I felt treated badly and how they were not very nice. All she says well I'm sorry and shrugs.I honestly am embarrassed for this store. I will be avoiding this location from now on even though it's the closest one to my house. Walgreens you need to hire better management and employees that actually care about customer service and overall kindness.

They make you wait never have anything right Instead of telling you when you call. But they don't have something they make to go. All the they tell you all we don't have it ready or we're out of stock. They should have closed that place down they're bad for business
