This bank has inept customer service in person, online and by phone. If you bank online this branch will offer ZERO assistance. Their policies are stacked against any proactive action. Save yourself the aggravation of dealing with people who have no interest in helping or maintaining accounts. This lack of communication and is widespread from tellers to upper management.

Came in there today to get my change counted and deposited but the girl there said we don't have a coin counter I told her yes you do when I opened my account with you 6 months ago they said they had it than she turned around and said that , that department was closed because of covid 19 and all TCF BANKS are not counting coins because of covid 19 what a crock of bull so I went to the one on 79 and Harlem sure enough they had the coins counter and it was open for the customer's TCF BANKS you need to bump up your game for us to keep doing business with you because after this I'm strongly considering CHASE BANK

Cannot find location for the oak lawn in the jewel on ridgeland on yelp maybe they know this and that's why the employees are extra rude. I drive through the area everyday for work and this bank does not open on time and don't care, employees think they are something extra special, sorry you just work in a bank!!! Whenever I come by the bank area they are sitting and gossiping, sorry to interrupt.Get some communication skills when you work with the public! Thanks to modern technology I can do most banking online and don't have to deal with them.

The folks at this particular branch are VERY knowledgeable, which is why they service both my business and personal bank accounts. I had a problem with my account, and even though it was totally my fault, the branch manager was happy to go above and beyond to help me out, and as a one time courtesy she even reversed some of the fees. I refer all of my friends, because I know they will be well taken care of (and they usually have nice incentives $$$ for doing so). For those of you complaining about overdraft fees, maybe you should just stop spending more than you have. Ok?

They are horrific!! Nowhere in my statements did I ever see they were doing away with totally free checking and switching to affinity checking where you must have a $500 daily balance in all accounts. They gobbled up what i had and started charging me $35 a day for every day I didn't have $500 in NSF charges. I went to Hickory Hills location to close the accounts I had. The personal banker was in her office with her friends having a jolly old time discussing her personal life. I don't care if she had a boyfriend or who's married to who. Trouble is-- it's either we're dealing with a young teenager or early 20 something or some middle easterner who isn't very affluent in English I called Customer(don't) Care and some teenager hung up on me when I asked about the switch in accounts
