Well not sure about using a prepaid debit card at any gas pump after this incident. I bought $10 worth of gas and my PNC pre paid card had $50 available on it but after my $10 transaction $0. I called PNC customer service immediately and was told it can take up to 7 days to correct this. So I usually pay cash or go inside to buy gas but I will never use a prepaid card at a gas pump (go inside the location). Fortunately my funds were available the next morning but I was not sure WHEN it would be corrected per csr. Learned a valuable scary lesson last night. I do like this location and think that putting holds like that on your debit card is extreme.

Similar to another review here, I also had a poor experience with the cashier on duty tonight. Very rude towards me, seemed like her phone was more important than the customers in the store, and practically threw my change at me.Disappointing to see this behavior from a station I frequent.

Very rude lady at the front working night shift she proceeded to tell me to move my car from the front after getting getting dropped off for half a second in this cold weather even though the car was moved right after i got dropped off very rude and impatient and very very disrespectful not awesome amo for future reference dont get dropped off at the front not even for a second or you will get yelled at due to impatience and childish activity

I went here because it was the best deal for upside, but this station is a mess. Only dirty water, not window fluid for the squeegee, no paper towels in the dispenser, and apparently no paper for printing receipts because the pump wouldn't give me one!

I went yesterday to the speedway on 95th and 88 ave honestly I didn’t want say this there’s a cashier his name is ginger and when I went to paid for my snacks the smell of when I paid it was not a nice smell

Very reliable hours of operation, items you need inside the store are also available with lots of variety, the air pump in particular when putting air in your tires works great, you can fill all four tires while the air compressor is on during your purchase of the air either via debit / credit card or quarters. Highly recommended!!!

The new manager is unfriendly. Arguing about giving me a bag for my purchase. I told him that I will change my previous review of the store and that I will reach out to 7-Eleven management but he said: I don't care. It is very disappointing! The manager deserves no credit. The rest of the staff are helpful and respectful. I want to give 1 star for the manager and 5 stars to the staff. So for now, 3 stars until I hear back from 7-Eleven management or the manager. Thank You!

The coldest night of the week 17F. I googled the hours of this location before leaving the home confirmed that the closing hours were 11pm which also stated online recently updated a week ago. After arriving at 9:26 pm, I walked to the door only to find out that it was locked. I immediately assumed the attendant may have had to potty. Being in my younger years of working for a gas station I waited only to find out that the attendant took it upon himself to close for the night. Seems as if the car in the lot that I believe was waiting to gain entrance as myself, only to find out was the ride for the attendant, after being informed that there were customer waiting for service the attendant turned off all lights to enforce no other business will be excepted. There was no notice on the door about change of hours and is completely unexceptable. I will be contacting the BBB about this matter.

People are nice there but there is this one employee that is like.... what? 52 years old. SHE IS SO MEAN THAT SHE DOESNT DESERVE TO BE EORKING THERE. But yesterday 12/9/2020 I didn't see her but that old lady needs to be nicer. but if she doesn't be more nicer, SHE IMMEDIATELY NEEDS TO GET FIRED!!!!!!

I haven't been in this particular store however I DID call to see if they carried a specific brand that I was looking for and haven't been able to find in the area. And I know that the reviews all say terrible things about the customer service but I spoke to a young man named Chris and he was exceptionally helpful and remarkably polite and friendly. I thought he deserved to be recognized for it in light of the other reviews. I only knocked off a star because of their prices. And that's on speedway, not this lovely gentleman.
