I came yesterday Sunday 08/11/2024 at around 8:30 pm as usual to put gas and wash one of my cars in this gas station and as most of the times at the car wash there was no one there to start the machine and there is no any kind of signs saying that this machine got an upgraded and it became an automatic machine and it will self started because I tried that several times before and it didn’t work so I used have to wait for someone always to come and started it, so usually I have to push the horn for someone inside to come and start the machine if there was no one in the controller area and yesterday it took just much longer than every time for someone to show up and when the chubby tall white guy with the short ponytail hair and glasses finally showed up he came with a very nasty attitude and rude way to say THIS MACHINE IS AUTOMATIC so I told him well it wasn’t before because I tried that before and it didn’t work, so he said WELL… ITS WORKING NOW, and left and slammed the door behind him. Like seriously I don’t know why these kind of people who don’t like or not happy with their jobs why don’t you make to yourself and others a favor and GO AND FIND ANOTHER JOB!!!!!!!!

Carwash moved car off tracks. Employees refused to refund wash then said we weren't welcome back.

This is a really nice rest stop right off the toll way. The building is clean and lots of snack options. There is a car wash and slot machine play area attached to the building but I personally didn’t go. Plenty of lighting so if you stop by during night time, it’s not somewhere you have to feel for your safety. Lots of restaurant options around and you can quickly get back on the tollway too

This is a really nice gas station. It's huge and it has 8-10 slot machines Anna's open 24 hours where you can play slots. That was the only reason why we even went there. We didn't win but it was very nice in there

Very nice place as far as the business itself. The staff and customer service here is horrible. The two behind the register were talking amongst themselves and did not speak or look in my direction once. I hope they can find better staff to match the niceness of this store itself.

My husband just walked into this gas station to get a pop before we hit the road . There were two cashiers ,and one customer who is apparently a friend of the cashiers . The female cashier was standing there flirting with the customer and the male cashier was standing there ,no closed sign no nothing so when my husband went to pay for the drink , the female cashier said we are kinda busy helping a customer while the other cashier just stood there ! We left the drink and walked away ! It’s true what they say , you can’t find good help and no body wanna work weekends !! 3:40 pm , 02.04.2024 . !!

Very shady business going on between them and the towing company. They claimed to have towed the semi but in reality the truck was hijacked and driven off by the towing company. The towing company working with the owner of the lot claimed to have a police report. But police weren't present at time of "tow". Semis require a 34hr restart but the owner of the lot claims you can only park there for 10hrs. There are no posted signs for this. Additionally the eld/ electronic log was disconnected and miles were added to the truck. No paper log was provided. Don't go through the headache, park and spend your money somewhere else.

Careful if you drive a big rig and you thinking to park it there. 6 spots for the semi trucks, but unposted policy 10 hours max parking. They will track your hours and will call a towing company. Not only you will end up paying $1400 to release it from the Hillside IL but most likely will find out your truck was driven not towed! It is 100% illegal without a police presence and a good reason for it. Towing company will wigle its tail out of situation, saying police were involved and they don't know how to drive a trucks. ELD was discovered miles were added on the truck,gas station camera clearly showed truck being driven away not pulled. WIll take it to the next level.

Ricky rockets fuel center. It's a new franchise in Illinois but they have great and clean establishments and they are always hiring so for anyone looking for a job it's a great place to work and move up in rank internally. The top guys for the franchise actually came in person a few times so you can believe that they actually care about the place and the workers.. they have a great line of products and they keep many of them in stock so they barely run out of things and if you want anything. You can always talk to the manager who makes orders or the person responsible for the stocking and inventory. All in all five stars and I would recommend it to anyone.
