Id share my story but it's too long so let me point the main points of why I would never deal with or recommend this dealership to anyone. They could have had me as a customer for life but they'd rather do bad business that will eventually catch up to them.
1.Sakes (Appear to be nice but don't trust them)
2.Will selll you anything they can please opt out of any warranty service if you do choose to get the car from here. (The dealership wouldn't even honor the warranty they sold me and told me the dealers would) And everyone at Platinum *literally everyone* at this dealership will give you the run around until you just eventually stop trying.
3. Sold me a car reassured me that it was a clear title reassured that it had no accidents and showed the Carfax. Come to find out the car indeed was in a accident previously.
4. Ended up finding the receipt in the car of the body shop that did the work later.
5. The paint on the bumper started peeling because of the terrible work they did before and the bumper popped off a week later. My car was 97k if you where wounding.
6.Had a bold tire that you couldn't notice unless you had the car on a race because the car was so low (sports car) The tire was so bald it almost popped on the way home
Trust me stay away from this dealership.

I bought a car from Manny. I bought it unseen and had it delivered. Manny was very professional, reliable and efficient during the complete process. I would do it all over again with him. Highly recommended.

Bought a Focus ST recently from Zaia, and was pleased at how the whole experience went. Love the dealership, it was super clean, all the cars were beautifully displayed. Absolutely love my car and had a very straightforward experience buying from Zaia.

Jim and the staff are straight up excellent to deal with. I did not purchase a car from them, but I did sell them my car. Very honest and easy to work with. They do not waste anytime and get things done. If you are having 2nd thoughts about this place. I can assure you they are the best in the business and stand by their word.
They also have a very nice selection of high end vehicles to choose from. Do business with them you will not regret it. Thank you Jim for your patience. I was not very easy to deal with.
I would leave 10stars if I could.

Manny made the buying process super easy and everything was a breeze! I drove up from Ohio to get a Jeep and it was in incredible condition. The drive back let me get acquainted with it and reminded me why I love them. I was smiling like a kid the whole way. Thank you so much for the great service!!! Can't say enough!

I purchased a 2023 Corvette from Zaia. I was told there was a 2nd key fob that went to the corvette and that they were waiting for the previous owner to return it. Zaia kept giving me excuses why he couldnt get it. I tracked the previous owner down and he stated that he gave them the fob and stated to "Not trust anything they say" Zaia then said he would pay for the fob and now not following through. Also, I never received the owners manual which I was promised. After multiple attempts to get what I was promised ....They will say anything to get the sale and then ghost you once you purchase.

First check out the tires how they were super slicked up to hide the dry rot - See the ad advertisement pics then naked ones. Cheap didn’t wanna put new tires on it so they disguised it. See the bolts for the widebody kit some didn’t but stainless steel so as you see after the first rain, they all rusted.
GAS ON EMPTY
ON THE WAY HOME FROM BUYING THE VEHICLE OVER 45 MILES AN HOUR. THE STEERING WHEEL SHOOK VIOLENTLY NOW I THOUGHT IT MAY BE A BILL ISSUE OR SOMETHING SIMILAR COME TO FIND OUT FRONT HAD A NOVICE WELL JOB DONE THAT COULD’VE WENT AT ANY MOMENT WITH ME, AND MY SONS IN THE VEHICLE THIS SHOWS THE VEHICLE IS NOT INSPECTED. PROBABLY NOT EVEN DRIVEN BY ANYBODY THERE. SICK TO PUT A VEHICLE LIKE THAT ON THE ROAD KNOWING THIS INFORMATION BECAUSE THEY EITHER DIDN’T INSPECT THE VEHICLE OR DIDN’T GIVE A CRAP AND WERE TOO CHEAP TO REPAIR IT. TURN AROUND FOR A QUICK BUCK AND I WAS A SUCKER WHO BOUGHT IT WITH $20,000 DOWN TO TOP IT OFF THEY STOLE 2500 AND WARRANTY MONEY AFTER I DECLINED IT THREE TIMES TO THE SALES MAN Zaio Who then lied to me repeatedly day after day saying there was going to send a check Denzel then we just give me the I’ll call you back or no response at all for 30 days back-and-forth with these people. You theft who wants to hear the micro recorder I have of me clearly declining it even after the salesman on the third attempt wanted me to go to the bank down the road to more money after I just gave him a $20,000 cashier check!!! I have a copy and now my lawyer has one. This isn’t going away you putting both of my sons lives in danger!!

These dealers make money off of these warranties check out the $2500 warranty scam online is everywhere. In faith kept my word, but the car dropped 20,000 on it. My reward was to have them sneak in that warranty anyway regardless of my decline Being asked not once not twice, but three damn times and me declining it three times!! They had to do was the right thing give me the money back that they stole, and it would’ve been done now I was gonna cost them more The audio recording along with the inspection of the vehicle, and the report of the welding in the frame this will be an easy victory. I didn’t want to go this route, but sometimes people have to learn a hard way that screw people over. And put Unsafe vehicles on the sales floor now I realize why that Camaro SS sat as long as it did. 30 days I was given the runaround about that money. The owner is one sheep bastard and ignorant at that talking to me the way he did not mention he’s a lying sack Trying to tell me that he lost money. I lost money pal- I had to replace sensors plugs, brake pads, repair the zipper on the passenger side seat as notice in the ad. No pictures were taken of that of course- You can see the tires to hide the cracks- It was cambered with bald ti on the inside of all of them, which I didn’t notice until I did the oil change Vehicle on the floor for $25,000 and I told them I’m looking for a truck and was still willing to buy a vehicle from them. That’s the kind of guy I am but now they just treated me like a jerk a pretty good lump sum of money coming in from the split in my marriage, you’ll be hearing from my lawyer pretty soon fellas I’m not Illinois. I’m from South Philly. I don’t know how you do things out here. But out there where I’m from East Coast. Your word is your bond.. Wouldn’t any used vehicle these people sell you? They don’t inspect them that’s a hobos and they don’t back them to be honest I wouldn’t even trust any other ones take a look at the vehicles $60,000 plus and here we are squabbling over $2500 in which they actually stole from me and I’ve been polite but too polite but not anymore that’s it I’m done. You’re not rolling me over you’re not gonna steal from me you can see clearly in the box as is w

READ FIRST! Check engine light came on within one week of purchasing car. Zaya, finance guy who sold me the car and aftermarket extended warranty, admitted that the inventory is imported wholesale and NOT INSPECTED prior to being sold (this was in a group call with the repair shop I was working with, apparently Zaya did not know I was on the call)! Warranty company could not get ahold of Zaya, and when I inquired he told me that an inspector was coming. The warranty company denied this and Zaya stopped responding to my calls. Finally, I was able to get in touch with Manny, the boss. He was very direct- threatened not to help at all when I expressed my concerns, hung up, and did not call back! Eventually, 6 weeks after I first reached out, they covered HALF of the repair bill, leaving me with thousands to cover after I had just bought the car and extended warranty! Moreover, the extended warranty appears to be VERY overpriced for what it offers.
