I ordered sprinkler valve covers and they sent me a different size then what I ordered. I contacted them and they said open an ebay return request. But I cannot open one because ebay does not list the item I ordered. Maybe I ordered it as as ebay guest. They have NOT given me any way to return the item or get my money back.

Placed an order on Nov 2nd, inquired why over a week later it still hasn't shipped. They tell me it's on its way to USPS. I call BS. 14 days later and still no package? Tracking says package on its way to USPS and I've even verified USPS is not in possession of the package. Use caution ordering online with this place.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have truly never dealt with a more scummy company. Ordered my item 2 weeks ago, still not here, and only now is my tracking active after threatening to call my bank and file a charge back. Disgusting people who don’t deserve to be in business.

These people don't deserve the one star I gave them...Ordered several items from Walmart Online. Received three of four shipments of the order in excellent condition. The fourth, however, was delayed twice. When it finally did arrive, only one box out of the twelve I ordered were delivered. Contacted Walmart and was issued a full refund and replacement.

Customer service was wonderful kept me up-to-date on the delivery of the yarnThe yarn arrive before the due date. The price was great on the yarn, a third of the price from Amazon. Great job thank you!

Purchased yarn on January 17. Had not received a shipping email so I called and they told me we shipped out on Friday the 22nd. Did not receive said email called back on Monday the 25th and they told me the yarn was out of stock and that the order would be canceled. Had also emailed and Received a reply stating that my order had been shipped and that it had been delivered to Salem North Carolina. That is fantastic that Salem North Carolina got my yarn because I live in Buffalo New York. Replied to that email and told her that I was told the order was canceled and that I was pretty much done with this company

Yesterday I was lucky enough to find Pen N More on the Facebook market place they were selling an item that I've been looking for and when I went to the office to purchase my circut the young woman Amanda was so nice, informative and personable. It was a pleasant experience with everything that we all are going those people are on edge but I felt safe and well informed about what they expected from me before coming to the building! They also have so much to offer I was surprised ? 5 thumbs up too for this business and staff!

Ok...this placw is literally a hidden gem. It's a little bit difficult to navigate to, even with GPS...but when I called, they stayed on the phone with me and talked me through it. This place is a gem! I've never seen such low prices... this place is a teacher's dream! Lowest prices ever! Teacher's dream. Great staff! Check this place out!

Very disappointed in both product received and customer service. Order item through Walmart because it said free 2-day shipping to arrive by 12/4. After order was placed and paid for, the shipping time changed to arrive by 12/10. When I contacted customer service I got a canned response 3 times. It is 12/9 and my product came today damaged. I could have ordered anywhere, but chose them due to the promise of free 2-day shipping.

This is a distribution center and pickup spot for Pens and More. It is not a normal retail store, but the people here would be happy to help you place an order if need be. Got what I needed same day even though I was kind of lost at first. Thanks Alissa!
