Worked with bank for a HELCO with a supposed credit of $650 by keeping a minimum with auto payment for 3 months. Banker was not clear that it was deposit $3500 every month for 3 months even after confirming minimum of $3500 in account. Staff does not know their own products. Follow-up inquiries was just pass the buck

They have a coin machine that never works, and when it's does they are mad and angry, and they give u attitude. It's better if u stop this service , I don't want to come to the back 3 times to drop one bag of coins that waste of my time . Please work on ur customer service!!!!!! Zero star
