This was my 1st time at this particular store the cashier actually went and found me the item that was on sale. And the other people in line did not get upset.of course this was not in Chicago.

When you walk into the store, it's a funny odor. If you purchase meat here, please check it right away. I opened a pack of bacon, and it was molded. The date was still good. Beware!

It used to be five stars ever since they cut the hours long checkout lines you could have 7 to 10 people in line with two registers open. I might have to go back to Jewel I don’t want to, so can you guys clean up your act?

Lines were insane. I went at noon on a Thursday , and the lines were overrun. Must have been a sale going on, not sure. I had just 5 items. But I overheard an employee helping a customer and he seemed very polite. Seems like a popular place. I'm usually at another chain for groceries but this place was nearby as I was running errands.
