The prices are great, but I am disabled and use a walker. The aisles are always blocked by stock waiting to be placed on the shelves, so getting through the aisles is very difficult - I often have to go 2-3 aisles over and try to get into the aisle I was trying to get into in the first place! It makes shopping there rather difficult. Also, there's almost NEVER ANYONE AT THE REGISTER when you're ready to check out. They have this squeaky toy that you have to squeeze to get someone's attention because the associates are NEVER ANYWHERE NEAR THE FRONT OF THE STORE. I have started going to your store on Cicero Ave and 87th St in Oak Lawn, and it's MUCH BETTER!! Aisles are clear, stock has already been placed on the shelves when the store opens, and there's always someone around to help me if I need help getting something from a top shelf. And the employees are super friendly. Your Hickory Hills store should really learn from this store. Maybe you could send your Hickory Hills employees over there to shadow the employees from Oak Lawn so they could learn what customer service is really like!! Whomever is managing the Hickory Hills store really needs to try SPENDING SOME TIME AT THE ACTUAL STORE so they can see what the problems are!!!

Cashier was pleasant, got what I needed but somebody needs to throw some money into this store....it is skanky. The store really needs new tile, the whole layout is soooo cramped. I'm actually surprised to see a store such as this is in the town which I live.

This is the worst store I have ever been in. It's in a constant state of disarray, the shelves are always empty, boxes are always everywhere and the staff is indifferent. Can't say I blame them since whomever manages the store clearly doesn't care. Don't shop here, it's a waste of time. You'll find up going somewhere else to get what you need anyway.

stopped in this evening to get kitty litter and the shelves were bare except the top shelf. I went to the register and asked for help and the lady at the register said yes & came with me, she got a ladder then gave me what was left - 2 boxes and one bag of kitty liter. Thank You for Awesome service! You Are Awesome!

I bean coming to this location for about 15 years and the register is broken since then today the register fell on a employee the register is hold together by dug tape and sodas cases. I don’t know y the don’t send anyone ti fix it maybe wen it falls on a customer and gets hurt they will do something about it. I feel bad for the lady wen it fell on her.

Horrible customer service. Don’t dare try an fb give feedback to a manager because it will be like talking to a brick wall. If the store manager is there you can find him in the aisles gossiping and talking.

Close to home, great prices. Staff is friendly and the MANAGER MR ERIC DENT is the BEST manager this stores seen since I moved here in 2014. Very clean, they greet you when you walk in. Keep up the great job Mr Eric
