This is the worst pharmacy I've ever experienced. The app doesn't tell you any info. Call and you get automated message that will contradict info in the cvs app. Want to speak to pharmacist to fix issue? You can only leave a voice mail and nobody will ever call you back.

Horrible hours and service. Pharmacy almost always never open to pick up prescriptions. 130p to 2pm closed. All staff goes to lunch same time.. Unbelievable.... Moved my prescriptions over to Walgreens. Prompt & Better service. Don't waste time going to CVS on 87th St Hickory Hills IL

Store seems to be empty of employees. Been standing at the front counter almost 5 minutes waiting for someone to show.

CVS Hickory Hills. Carpet is stained thruout! . Management visit my store. Call me and tell me why the stains are acceptable. Then we can talk parking lot service before the snow. .

If the hours have changed please update the sign. This cvs is closed. It is 830. The hours state 8-10. I've been letting the phone ring for 8 minutes while I searched for changed hours.

My eyes surgery coordinator send to my pharmacy prescription for my eyedrop ( 3 different) which I should take a three days before surgery next week after was ordered. I was waiting a few months for this surgery..I didn’t have any information about my order for next 4 days. I spoke with my coordinator, because I think they ignored me but they didn’t.The CVS farmacy just explained me when I go there, they don’t have it that time. That’s it. But they even not order the out of stock drops or not transfer my prescription to next Walgreens pharmacy. They simply don’t care, just ignored customers completely.How I got my drops? I was in CVS pharmacy and I asked about my prescription they said “ o yes they have but just 1 of 3”. ……. Unprofessional ignorance

So I went to the bathroom and it was not a pleasant one for covid being around there was vomit all over the sink bathrooms look like it has not been touched in months Very disappointed
