Zero stars go to this Chase bank ATM. Every time I come both outdoor AMT is broken and 90% of the time the inside ATM is broken. Please fix these ATM’s!!!!

This bank sucks, ATM always out of service. Long lines at drive through. No notice in advance. You find out after waiting 15 mins.

With the limited parking in the front of the bank some corporate pencil pusher thought it would be a great idea to install 3 charging stationGreat job been here 4 times already never seen anyone connected but hey at least the the environmental protesters won't glue themselves to the front door

This branch location is convenient, however there is one employee working at the front with customers who really lacks excellent customer service. Her attitude is horrible and as you are taking care of your transaction, she put everything on the desk so you can pick it up and I am sure my hands are much cleaner than hers. I don't think if you are not a people person, you should be working with the public. Just as she is having a bad day, I can also have a bad day, which I prefer not to bring it outside of my home, because it does not help me or the people I am dealing with. I have been there a few times and I always get her and it is the same every time. I do not like to put anyone's name on a bad review, I will use her first initial, however. Chase you need to provide more training to J. Customer Service is important these days!

Walked in there at 4:25, waited 10 minutes for someone to even talk to me. Wanted to open account where I know it doesn’t take long. The associate didn’t want to help me. He said they are closing and system are not working, where 2 minutes ago a different associate took people in to get account created., i believe he was just lazy and didn’t want to do his work! I walked very frustrated from Chase associate support.
