“The folks at this particular branch are VERY knowledgeable, which is why they service both my business and personal bank accounts. I had a problem with my account, and even though it was totally my fault, the branch manager was happy to go above and beyond to help me out, and as a one time courtesy she even reversed some of the fees. I refer all of my friends, because I know they will be well taken care of (and they usually have nice incentives $$$ for doing so). For those of you complaining about overdraft fees, maybe you should just stop spending more than you have. Ok?”
