I had a hard time locating which one was mine, but I did get to look around the whole storage area and I was very impressed with what I saw. Everything was clean and nice well taken care of and numbered, I just couldn't figure out the numbers LOL. The storage area was clean also, the gate was easy to figure out and the lock that we purchased seemed very secure. If I knew it was the easy I would have done it earlier. Ben was very nice to talk to, I had the wrong email that called the company back and the young man I did not get his name helped me get my contract signed and help me correct the email mistake. I was well pleased at how well organized they were. Like a great company, and by the way I did get a senior discount! Every dollar counts. Thanks storage place!

Ownership changed in 2023 and the prices doubled. $160 a month for an open air, covered storage spot. I moved to a fully enclosed location for $80 a month. It's a shame because I liked the location.

Clean and safe storage facilities in a good location for those who live in Heyworth or the surrounding area. Super easy to get signed up, and the price is fair. Typing the code into the gate to get in makes you feel like you're entering a top secret CIA facility, which is a plus as well

They bought a large storage property from a local company and sold part of it that I was renting. After being offered open spaces only 1/3rd the length of my current one, I have no option but to vacate my boat and leave the property altogether. I now have only a month to find another storage place. It's not a great way to treat a loyal 7 year customer.
