“I am not sure if Mr. Carpenter works out of this branch or another but I was given his phone number after I was having issues with another lender. Mr. Carpenter spent 20 minutes or more on the phone with me talking about all the ways to fix the problem I was having and never once seemed pushy about us switching banks. We ended up fixing the problem with the current lender and were too deep to switch at that point but I will 100% be taking future business to Mr. Carpenter. You don't find people that are willing to help like that anymore. Everybody wants something in return. Thank you!”
