Very helpful and quick service! We had an issue with our ignition coils about 2.5 hours into a 6 hour drive. They were kind enough to get to our car right away and had it diagnosed and fixed in only a few hours. We had a great afternoon exploring Heyworth as well. Highly recommend. Thanks!

I've been very impressed with the professionalism, friendliness, and overall helpfulness of the guys (Brandon, Rob, and Jimmy) at Dowers Auto. Jimmy went above and beyond in fixing the carburetor issue in my side by side until I was satisfied. In addition, they did some extensive warranty work on my truck and worked with my warranty company on my behalf to get me the best deal. They are willing to go the extra mile for your satisfaction, which is important in a small town. They explain exactly what is going on and are honest about what repairs are a priority and which ones are optional. Highly recommend!

Great service! I got a flat tire that morning going to work and had to park at the Casey's in town and wait til I got off work to find a place that had tires. I called and asked and i didnt know my size of tire so he ran down to the Casey's where my car was parked to see the right size and called me back. Came into town to take my car to him and he had it fixed in minutes and also gave a oil chance.

They made it to easy!!! I asked Brandon to locate a newer Acadia with some options and he called back in a Saturday and had located one. He offered to try and get it to the lot that day. I told him if it worked great but no hurry. He had the vehicle there within 2 hours and he stayed open late to finish all the paperwork. Can't say thanks enough for making this purchase so easy. We will keep going back for the excellent service by TJ and Brandon both.

I gave them 5 Star rating, as of today I give them 1 Star. At first Brandon was so helpful, 5 days later, be has attitude and mean! Fact is I can't get a vehicle because of my score. I won't be recommending them. TJ is a very nice person and easy to deal with.
