You have to order your own parts for this place and when you do you have to double check make sure they do not charge you for the part that you ordered yourself. So my ticket here if you have to do parts?

I took my 2007 dodge nitro to get my drivers side window switch fixed. It wouldn’t roll down the passenger and drivers side windows. Couldn’t adjust my side mirrors due to the switch. I replaced the the window switch and nothing changed. I took it to get it looked at. He said “I’ll give you a call once I figure out what’s going on”. I got a phone call with the bill. Of 315 bucks. Just to Solder a wire back together. They never put my spring back in my door, broke my tabs to cover my screws for my door panel. I had a awful experience with these people. I would not recommend this place!

Took in my Hyundai Tucson, he told me it was just burning a little oil. And because it was low on oil it should be fine after an oil change. He fixed a window and did oil change for $400. After trip to another mechanic, he diagnosed the problem misfiring because of gasket leaking. Terrible mechanic will never go back!!!

I've been bringing my vehicles to ***** for 5 years now. He has been tremendously helpful from the beginning. I've come to understand that while he does take some last minute business, he prioritizes his appointments. Herscher Auto Tech has drop off availability. I have occasionally purchased my own parts to cut cost, and while ***** will not warranty such parts or labor, he does the work without a grumble. His prices are on par with, or slightly lower than average. I will be going there as long as I live here in Herscher!"

Roger is incredibly rude and disrespectful. Cussed us out and threatened us when we decided to take our car back after 22 hours of it sitting and not even being looked at.DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!! PLEASE READ OTHERS REVIEWS AS WELL!!

Dropped my car off on Monday at 12p. Husband called at 930a Tuesday and Roger started mocking him on the phone. Then told us the car had not been looked at and would be at least 2 days work (Tuesday and Wednesday). We told him We would just take the car elsewhere. Arrive at 10a to pick up car and Roger told us at best he could get to it (Wednesday and Thursday). We told him no thank you. Had to go across the street for anti freeze for the car. Got back and Roger comes out screaming and threatening us for wanting to take the car elsewhere. My husband told him to leave us alone. He then told us no it was his property. Words word exchanged and I got out and stepped in. I told Roger the car had been there 22 hours and had not even been looked at. He said "its not even been here 24 hours"! I replied that I had just stated that it had been there 22 hours. Roger said "do the math, are you stupid?" Told us hes been in business for over 20 years but he will not drop everything to help a customer. Ive read other reviews on Google and there are similar ones. This is a terrible business.
