Employees are great but the store itself is always broken. Slushie machines never work, coffee and cappuccino machine is always broken, and they never get it fixed. I've been going to BP for gas and coffee instead, and going to county west for the kids' slushies.

Parking: The parking spots they do have along front of store. I think they only have 4 spots plus 2 handicap in front of store. They're busy most of the time which makes it difficult.

The phone number matches to this location of Casey’s for fraud on my debit/bank account.There is fraud on my debit card through the Casey’s App somehow in connection to this store on January 17th. Trying to get to the bottom of it. Either someone or entity is making this location it’s scapegoat or it is this location by an employee there that isn’t bright enough to get by with their fraud. Beware!Plus the girl I spoke to representing Casey’s “customer service” is a joke. Sounds like she doesn’t feel well so I’ll cut her some slack , but service call center should probably focus on service not their sniffles.UPDATE!!! You reply you are looking into it and then say to contact you through your website. Wellllll, I tried that already and have yet to hear back.

This is my home town gas station and love coming here over the other one. Always friendly and very nice employees. The places is clean and always have what my family needs in stock. Love that is a friendly place walking in!!!
Kid-friendliness: Always welcome any age
Parking: Plenty of room to park.

I was in there today about 4 pm both cashiers were extremely rude there was an elderly man buying lotto tickets and the cashier couldn’t figure it out so she got loud and ignorant to him.. I paid for gas and the cashier puts it on the wrong pump, when I went back in she told me I never paid for gas . It took both Einstein cashiers to figure it out and then they had an attitude ? You couldn’t even walk by the slices of pizza because there was full garbage bags blocking the whole area, every garbage can outside was over flowing.. The guy in the kitchen was standing there doing nothing

The herscher Casey's not only has the worst cus service but ALWAYS has at least 5 flies in the kitchen. Can't order online and they purposely disconnected the phone. The last time I got a pizza there the young kids working in the kitchen were telling everyone including guests how whoever Matt was got fired because he left the back door open and register full. The opener found all this after he had closed up shop and he got fired and works at the dollar general down the street now. JUST A MESS
