I talked with the owners during purchase and was given a total and was told there was financing with ideal payments. Later on a week after delivery i found out it was lease financing and that i would have to pay an extra $400. I will never go back because i was lied to about how the financing works. I was not told that it was my price i signed for within 90 days or pay another 400 without being able to pay off early for a lower price. Owner claimed she had used this finance company for a long time, so she had to know of the circumstances. Ill never go back again from being screwed over and put in the dark after signing for a certain price. Kafene "financing" is a no go

Thank you, Mike, for such excellent customer service! My husband and I visited this store looking for a twin-box spring and base.We found both and even found a lovely eye mask. Mike went above and beyond to help us find the items at a reasonable price to finish our Christmas season off.We had previously been customers about ten years ago and decided to stop in, and it was a great choice. Will highly recommend for every price range.

Best customer service! Emailed with an issue. They responded the same day and followed up next day with a phone call. They came and fixed the issue at no cost! Definitely recommend!

Their staff helped us select the features we wanted in our new mattress. We ordered with a deposit and then requested delivery. They were very accommodating and provided a good product.

My wife and I needed a much firmer mattress due to back issues. We stopped in with the intent of just looking and seeing what a really good mattress would cost. Mike, the owner, was extremely helpful and truly listened to our concerns. He was very knowledgeable and helped us select a custom built mattress. We bought one that day because he was able to make exactly what we needed and at a very reasonable price. I very much recommend going here for a quality mattress rather than a big box store.

Was delivered way earlier than they expected it to be ready, and the wait was already pretty short. I've been getting some of the best sleep I've had in years. Back pain I've been living with for a while was apparently due in part to my old mattress.

Fantastic customer service, Mike listened to what we needed and what we wanted. We wanted a customization done to the mattress, there was no problem in doing it. The mattress was delivered in a timely fashion and the delivery guys were here when they said they would be. They set up and hauled off the old mattress in no time.I can not believe the difference this mattress has made in my life.This mattress is the first time in 20 years I have not had to use a topper. In 20 years I have had 3 new mattresses and with everyone of them I have had to use a topper because of pressure points.I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my back in 2003. In 2006 a wreck amplified my back issues. I have suffered from sciatica since 2007, I was diagnosed with fibro in 2019, the same time I was have major back issues from a move.I no longer wake up with severe hip pain, back pain upon waking up is way down.You can see and feel the quality in this mattress. I highly recommend Sterling Matress Factory..I blocked out the name on the old mattress, it was new in 2019. You can see the break down of the old mattress. This was not a cheap mattress far as cost but there was no quality.

Recently worked with Austin at Sterling Mattress. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. I have the best mattress I’ve ever owned, based on my preferences and his suggestions. I needed two new mattresses for a bunk bed for my kids. I walked in with 4 little kids. They had a play area for them, took care of all of my questions and were very accommodating. I was able to get what we needed and will have it delivered. They will get all of our business from now on and I will recommend them to anyone I know who needs a mattress.

The shopping experience was great! Austin was full of information when needed and no pressure at any time. They make the mattresses there on location... looking forward to delivery next week.
