I have 100% confidence in this facility! The Dr diagnosed my elderly service dog when no one else was able to. He increased the meds she was taking to keep her comfortable at half the cost of the other vets we had been to. Other vets demanded we do x-rays before they would help us, at a cost of $600. It turns out x-rays were not even necessary as it is a soft tissue issue! All my animals will be going to Quality Care from here on out !

This Vet saved my cats life........You treated my cat just this last Saturday as a walk in..... I was desperate I could not find a vet to look at her on a weekend.....she had been vomiting for 6 days and was not eating....the cat improved dramatically after your treatment and all appears ok with her her now......amazing

These people lost my dog, lied to me telling me that I didn’t inform them about the dog being an escape artist, when I saw “escape artist” written on the dog’s file. The doctor laughed at me and my wife saying “this is what we have insurance for” when my wife was worried sick that our boy might’ve been hit by a car. The doctor told me he took an ad out with a radio station and offered up a reward to anybody that found our dog. My own mom drove almost an hour to get here to look for him when I called her and she ended up finding him. The vet rudely tried to tell me he didn’t owe a reward since it was my mom that found our dog.
The vet claimed: our dog got out of the kennel that was “chained shut,” opened a “locked” door, and scaled a 6’ fence. The doctor refused to show me where our dog was kenneled and the supposed locked door he unlocked. The doctor also doesn’t have cameras to back up his ridiculous claims.
I 100% would not recommend these people to anyone.

I recommend this vet so so much. They were able to get my rat in the same day I called. The way the whole staff & Dr Parton was with my rat was amazing. They were all so kind and loving to my baby. I can’t thank them enough for the kindness they showed to him.

Took a very sick kitten in. The staff was amazing! They squeezed us in and took exceptional care of baby girl. Prices were great! I cannot express again how kind the staff was!

They are absolutely fantastic! They are knowledgeable, affordable, and understanding. He has always provided excellent care to our pets. He also correctly diagnosed and treated my mother in law's dog, which suffered from a condition that her previous vet could not fix.

Just moved here a few months ago.The people there were wonderful and understand the issues you deal with rescue animals. Wonderful to be able to get care for my African gray and dog at the same time.

Awful place...first of all it stinks bad..2nd..I had an appt for my dog to get spayed today..the man at the desk was rude he didn't want to here anything I had to say about my dogs high anxiety & other things. I was trying to explain that the doctor told me if I was having a problem with it to let him know. He told me the doctor wouldn't have time to deal with that today I said well I didn't ask for that just to let him know..then I said we'll he's gonna do the surgery he's gonna see her anyway..he had told me at the last appt all I had to do was call & he would prescribe something...this guy looked me in my face told me I don't need to talk to him that way..I was not rude I was just letting him know what the doctor had told me. I asked to pick her up this evening because I didn't want her alone for 12 hours in a cage when there is no one there at night. He said NO! & not in a good tone of voice. Then he got loud & said put her on the weight thing...I said you know what skip it I'm not leaving my dog with this man the way he treated me there was no way I was leaving my dog with him. We left. Never again..it's to bad they have people like this working there his attitude was rude & disgusting. No customer service at all. In my opinion our pets are family we want them to have the best care & comfort especially if their having surgery...they couldn't care less. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS THERE!!!
