Good place to get cheap stuff and some quality stuff cheap. The store is generally organized but sometimes hard to navigate with things sitting on aisle end caps. Usually only one person working but they are typically helpful if you need assistance.

Arrived at store and both of my kids told me they did not have shoes on. Went inside and received permission from worker to still bring them in REGARDLESS if they had shoes on. I thanked her and informed her they would be in a cart either way. Was in the store approximately 1 hour to which my kids stayed in the cart. Took them out at checkout because we ended up getting more than expected. Manager proceeded to walk up and tell me my kids absolutely could not be in the store whether we were checking out or not bc they did not have shoes on. Informed him we had permission and they could get back in cart while I payed. He refused. I ended up having to lock my kids in the car and watch the door while they checked me out. Worker who gave me permission was very nice and apologized while the manager was very rude.

Terrible experience. 15 people in line, 1 older person checking out. I went to the stock room & asked another employee if someone could check out. I was told the person was at the counter, I stated there were 15 people in line. I saw 3 different people set their items down and walk out. I’d was there 30 minutes selecting items for a donation or I would have spent my money elsewhere.
Rude employee, she had a key & went in the office.
I won’t be back.

Enjoy shopping there. Lots to see. Very clean store well stocked. Just be careful where you park your car. Came out of store and my car was covered with grass. People mowing seem not to care about others property.

One of the newest stored in the area. They have of course the same items as expected, but wait there's more! They just happen to have the staff with personality, cleanliness, lighting, and organization of isles, They make your shopping experience so much less hassle free.
I prefer this location to any other just for the environment and the staff alone. I my 1st and preferable choice when hitting, "The Tree" for what I need.

I just have to say I just left the hair and Dollar tree and the gentleman that checked me out. I asked him his name. His name is Blake. Very polite, very wonderful customer service. Probably the best I've ever had there. He doesn't amazing job. Definitely needs a raise for that good customer service

I love the Dollar Tree store in Herrin. It's clean, well organized and well stocked. The staff is helpful and friendly.
